Poor customer service. Check before leaving that you have all your food. I understand mistakes happen, but why on Earth would you not want to make it right? I was inconvenienced by not getting my child’s meal with our order. I called so we could eat warm food, gave my child my food, and my husband’s food went gross while he had to ultimately drive back and get a refund!!! I was told I’d get a refund when I called, but things quickly changed after they asked my name. I was put on hold and happy they were going to make it right, but the girl got back on to tell me that the policy changed since they’ve reopened they don’t give refunds over the phone. But I can get a voucher for a later date?!?? Thanks for wasting my time and not trying to make it right. I asked if I could get a refund through the app or if I came later with my card and receipt. They just wanted to give a voucher. I paid for food and didn’t get it. They even asked if I wanted to come later in the day to have them make the meal. How does that help my kid that didn’t get their food??. She said she was the manager, but then she randomly decides to put me on the phone with a guy. He gave me the run around, too. Why is this so hard to understand? He asked if we could come soon and when we would be there for the refund, like if we didn’t come asap we wouldn’t be getting it. I explained that my husband can drive up and get the refund on the card asap. Yeah, people have a life and work but let’s see how hard you can make it. I was royally upset. I truly feel like I faced discrimination because of my name. I will not ever go back to this location that I’ve supported for years because you made my husband drive there and not be able to eat his meal warm just to get our money back. It’s about the inconvenience and not getting our food!! Taking money and not giving a product in return. Saying you’ll make it right and then wasting my time doing a complete 180 on the phone. It would be one thing if we had food and it was bad. We didn’t get items we paid for!!. Shame on you for treating your customers this way, taking money and only offering a voucher for a different time. and shame on you for discriminating. I paid to have a meal then, not a week later. This economy is not great, don’t treat your customers like they don’t matter. If anyone else has felt they’ve been discriminated against, I highly recommend reporting it. Their policy is at their discretion (there was no “change” in policy) and it’s horrible. I won’t be giving them anymore money because of how unprofessional and poorly this situation...
Read moreI went today, October 3rd around 9-9:30am with my family because we really wanted Chick-fil-A since our town doesn't have one. We asked a worker if it was okay to get lunch since it was breakfast time but we really wanted lunch. She said it was okay then the other cashier named Connie shoved her away and took over. Connie said we could get lunch but repeatedly told us it will be a longer wait but we said we didn't mind, especially cause it was not busy at all. She still kept telling each one of us that it will be a long wait and put a mean face on. She kept being rude while taking are orders and asking questions in rude tone, and was talking to other customers very kindly. I had a feel that race was an issue since my family and I are Hispanics. After we took our orders we noticed that Connie wasn't being polite to her African American co-worker(the one we asked if it was okay to get lunch.) She was pushing her around a bit and also telling her what to do in a rude way. As a fast food worker myself, I got really angry because you should always make your customers happy and not bring your issues to work. I'm glad that the manager came from the back and was being really nice and helpful making sure we had everything we needed. Please do something about this because I read another review that had to do something with race. If Connie has a race problem, nicely have her in the back if she can't control her issues being a cashier. I have never written a bad review before and it sucks that I have to write one for my favorite fast food...
Read moreI went to this location on 7/13/24 around 725 . I put my order in( to go) it was for my daughters! I watch a staff member spend 20 mins talking to a woman on the side. I move to see why my order is not to me, because I have the little green tab they give you. I see my food is on the pick up side it’s a Uber or something. I asked when did this come out, the guy asked me what’s the name of the order. I asked when did this order come out, Mike ( the owner and operator) said that it just came out and I told him well that’s my daughters name on the bag and that I have been waiting for a while. Mike throws my Recipt away, I said my recipt shows the time I made my order not what time my order came out. He said don’t do that, I said don’t do what. Then I add I don’t even have my shake, Mike tell me you didn’t order one. On my bag it clearly states I have a shake. He finds it mysterious! An then threatens to call the police on me, I am not cursing, not causing a scene. It felt like i was being treated like this due to being “Black” in liberty. Mike decides to then follow me outside. Scarying my daughters at this point because they are asking me why is he following us. I had to tell Mike don’t come any closer to my vehicle. He starts to tell me I can no longer come in this chick fila. I’m fine with that but I need to contact Jon Hoffman! He is the real operator of that location. I will be reaching out to...
