Stopped in for lunch after a few people recommended Sorella's as a nice place for a sandwich and lunch. The restaurant isn't much to look at as it has limited seating and small tables. They have 1 counter to order and 1 person taking orders and making sandwiches. I ordered a meatball sandwich for lunch with chips and a drink. A person would think that a deli with good word of mouth would be able to make a decent meatball sandwich. But that was far from the case here. What I received was grocery store bought meatballs, or at the very least, mass produced food distributor meatballs in a tastless marinara sauce probably out of a can. Ragu might have been better, but it's been years since I've cracked open a can of Ragu. This sandwich needs to be removed from the menu or reworked with homemade meatballs and sugo. It took 30+ min to get 1 sandwich and 1 salad with no dressing, then I had to ASK and bring up the fact that we ordered TWO. They apologized and then said they would do it right away.
