Sorella's Deli — Restaurant in Liberty

Stopped in for lunch after a few people recommended Sorella's as a nice place for a sandwich and lunch. The restaurant isn't much to look at as it has limited seating and small tables. They have 1 counter to order and 1 person taking orders and making sandwiches. I ordered a meatball sandwich for lunch with chips and a drink. A person would think that a deli with good word of mouth would be able to make a decent meatball sandwich. But that was far from the case here. What I received was grocery store bought meatballs, or at the very least, mass produced food distributor meatballs in a tastless marinara sauce probably out of a can. Ragu might have been better, but it's been years since I've cracked open a can of Ragu. This sandwich needs to be removed from the menu or reworked with homemade meatballs and sugo. Had high hopes for this place, went in we ordered TWO meals with salads and 2 cans of pop. It took 30+ min to get 1 sandwich and 1 salad with no dressing, then I had to ASK and bring up the fact that we ordered TWO. They apologized and then said they would do it right away. We finally got our cans of pop and the 2nd salad and finally dressing. Then another 30 min goes by and I had to ask AGAIN about the 2nd sandwich that we paid for and NEVER got.
