The shift lead named āSidā is so rude and doesnāt listen. (3/29/25 around 9 AM)-Not busy. I ordered a tall hot oatmilk latte with splenda and a falafel pocket. I check the screen and it shows cafe latte with hazelnut. I politely told her I asked for splenda and not hazelnut. She just says ok see you at the window. First red flag that she had an attitude. Instead of a lighthearted oh sorry about that or my mistake sheās just short and dismissive.
I get my drink and pay for it. Iām driving away and donāt see oatmilk written on there. I taste it and itās regular milk. I drive back and let them know. Once again sheās very short with no apology. I get my order and the label is correct. I drive away and taste it and it has something weird with spice added to it. Something not written on the label is added to my drink.
I call the store and ask for the manager because at this point it seems sheās trying to be funny and adding things to my drink (who knows what at this point so itās concerning). I talk to the person on the phone(not the manager) and theyāre similar to her with being short and dismissive of my concerns and say the manager isnāt here but theyāre the shift lead. I said also the girl at the window was being short and rude. She says it was her who was at the window and she wasnāt short and I was projecting. Lol wait what kind of customer service is this? š so unprofessional. I told her I want to speak with someone above her because clearly she canāt help and wonāt relay my concerns to a manager. She says call back during the week when the manager is available and hung up on me.

But Iām sure they know to expect that. It was 6pm on a Sunday night and I ordered online because I had four drinks and a cake pop for my son and d I didnāt want to be that person ordering a ton in line. I ran inside to get it. I was ignored. People looked up and saw me. Ignored. Ignored by everyone there. But Iām usually pretty understanding and patient. Then when I was acknowledged I was rudely told that I should just go wait at the end. Wow. Finally got my drinks. Cake pop forgotten. They were ride about that too. Not an ounce of warmth or customer service coming from anyone in that building. They also donāt know the difference between Nitro and just cold brew. This visit was my first in a couple months because of it. After having my first Nitro a couple months ago I went right back for another. Got a cold brew which I didnāt like. Thought ok, they messed and I didnāt realize my bad. Went back the very next day thinking someone different would be there. Got another cold brew!! They even put the Nitro label on the regular cold brew. I think some additional training needs to take place. Staff is clearly overwhelmed and overworked. I did try my first pumpkin spice anything ever yesterday... I got three pumps pumpkin and 3 white chocolate and it was delicious. All of the drinks were good. Make sure you don't order something they don't like making or you will wait, I figured out they do not like making chai latte or london fog. What a tragic day cuz I ordered both. Cortado tasted like crap. ordered 15 min before I got there, waited while a whole entire drive thru line went thru after the 15 min passed. Went again that day through drive through since that's where their customer service shone in the morning. Got to pull around to the to go spots. On an empty drive thru. Not sure what happened but this place definitely not starring on customer service. Gonna try to go with cookingham again.
Previous: This place used to be tops. Even with the long lines they had good customer service . Somewhere in the past year they lost their customer service. The new one on cookingham hasn't had the mobile order up always but their customer service has been much better. I go to the cookingham if I have time to sit in line. If they keep up with good customer service, I'd recommend cookingham starbucks, no longer recommend cookingham over this one. Cookingham has lost some marbles somewhere...
