Please make sure you aren’t going to this Arby’s location because of their customer service. If you are, please choose another restaurant. The lady taking our order directed us to a special they had if we ordered on the app. The deal was, fries for $1, size of choice. While looking at the app together, there was no place to choose which size fries you would like. I ask the lady helping us if I could, please make my fries a large, she said that would be fine. Unfortunately, when I received my fries, I received a small. I walked back to the front and asked the same young lady who originally helped me if I could please exchange my small fries for a large as I had ordered. The lady looked at me and said, I am sorry, but I cannot do anything to help. I asked if I could talk with someone in charge. Another young lady who addressed herself as the shift manager said, I’m sorry ma’am, but here on the computer it says you order a small fry and since I have already given you your fries, I cannot do anything to change that. I looked at her and said, you are telling me that you can not exchange the fries for the ones I ordered with the help of your associate? You can’t simply make it right? She said no I can’t! I then looked at her and said, ma’am, what happened to customer service? She said, if you have a complaint, please call headquarters. I think I probably look at her like a cow at a new gate and thought to myself, what happened to customer service? I asked her for her managers card and said that I would definitely contact him not because my order was wrong, but because someone needs to learn how to respond properly to a customer. Read moreThis location messed up me and my cousins order.Once i returned back to the store and requested a full refund the supervisor India with my receipt in hand tries to refund me my money back on a debit card and i paid cash.She said it would take 3-5 business days before i would see the refund.I told her 2018s technology is way too good and im not waiting 3-5 days for my money.(not realizing i had indeed paid with cash)She then goes to the back and calls her manager.She then returns and goes in the register and gave me money.I reported her to her boss Robert and he excused her behavior and tried to offer me free food as a result.He said he apologized and said maybe she wasn't paying attention.etc.I told him that if you refunding a customer money why would you not be paying attention.She had also lied and reported to Robert that i left with the refund on the card and came back once i realized i had paid in cash trying to get cash.Which was a complete lie.How do you refund money to a card that doesn't exist is beyond me.Very poor customer service from the supervisor on down.I will also be filing a complaint with corporate as well.Customer service is definitely at a...
Read moreI have ordered Arby's with delivery 5 times from this location in the last 6 months. First time excellent, 2nd time good. 3rd time with 2 double roast beef sandwiches and a french dip made me sick within 2 hours after eating. I chalk that up to employee sanitation. 4th time I had a Gyro and 2 double roast beef sandwiches, pretty good. Last order was to try a Deluxe burger with 2 double roast beef sandwiches and the burger was dark brown and dry. The 2 roast beef sandwiches were dark brown and dry, what gives? They probably sat under a heat lamp for awhile. If you can't 86 old food and pass it on to the customer, I just won't order any more. I worked at ARBY'S many years ago!
