This place was recently changed from Hot Space to ayce dim sum. I saw several warning posts on social media saying the food was bad and even spoiled, so I hesitated. But since it was a new restaurant, I decided to give it a try—big mistake! Never going back! We were a group of five, and with the mandatory 18% tip and beverages, the per-person cost was $40. We ordered vegetables, shrimp dumplings, siu mai, beef tripe, beef meatballs, chicken feet, chicken chow mein, and more… We thought it was an authentic dim sum place, but they didn’t provide any hot tea at all—only iced tea, boba, and bottled drinks. 🤮 The worst part was that the shrimp dumplings, beef tripe, chicken feet, and beef meatballs were all spoiled! Some of my friends didn’t smell them before eating and immediately said they tasted sour and spoiled. I sniffed first and was hit with a strong rotten stench. I took a bite just to confirm, and it was indeed sour and rancid—I had to spit it out. My friends were too timid to complain and were afraid of being charged for leftover food, so they forced themselves to eat the spoiled dishes. Meanwhile, the only non-spoiled items were the cheapest ones—plain vegetables and chicken lo mein—but they were tasteless and awful. 🥬 The vegetables had no salt, and we had to pour soy sauce on them to make them barely edible. The chicken lo mein was incredibly greasy, and the chicken was drier than the chicken breast I cook at home. The entire dining experience was ridiculous. I honestly suspect they serve spoiled dishes as a profit strategy—because only the cheap, filler foods (noodles, buns, etc.) were fresh! At other AYCE places, at least you can keep ordering and find something decent. Here, we didn’t dare order more out of fear it would also be spoiled. We barely ate, left hungry, and had to go get bubble tea to recover from this incredibly awful experience.

Read moreI’m not looking to bash this business, but I had a terrible experience dinning here. Like someone else mentioned, something isn’t quite right with the food. I’ve experienced Dim sum dining before and I was excited that I found a place that was a.y.c.e. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment once our first round of dishes were Served. The dishes lacked flavor and they didn’t seem fresh. Everything tasted as if it had been reheated leftovers. All the fried foods seem to be refried just to get them to the correct temperature. There were a few foods that I had to spit into a napkin because the texture and flavor was so bad. & to make matters worse once I started locking around the restaurant I realized how filthy it was. There’s what’s appears to be a bar area in the center of the room and it was full of junk. I even saw rags that look like they were meant to disinfect tables sitting on top of Dishes. The food was Brought to our table on a rolling cart that was filthy and is usually used by busboys to carry off dirty dishes. The ONLY redeemable aspect of my visit was my interaction with the staff. The staff was super friendly and kind.
If the owners/mangers read this, I hope you take this as constructive criticism. You guys are in a great location & should be way more popular and busier than you are. The restaurant should close for at least a day to deep clean. If the dinning area isn’t tidy, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. You guys should also focus on improving the quality of the food.
I left this establishment feeling like I wasted my money. We had to grab fast food because we were still hungry. I would not recommend visiting this place until they invest in improvements. I have never had an experience this bad. I felt sick to my stomach...

They have a range of dishes, from ramen to bubble tea, and currently, they're running a special promotion where you can get 20-30 percent back as credit for your next meal. The staff provided excellent service, and despite spending around 70 dollars, I had enough leftovers for two meals. It's worth a visit, especially while the promotion is still on!
