I placed an order for delivery and the order never arrived. I called doordash and they could not locate the driver, so they gave me a refund for the delivery and sent me an email showing the delivery had been cancelled. Doordash advised that I would need to contact Moes directly for the refund for the food. I contacted the location and spoke to a lady named Maricella or Marivella to inquire about a refund . Initially she acted as though she did not understand English, She was extremely rude, yelling and stating repeatedly it was an online order and while I was asking her to give me the name of the manager I would need to speak with about my refund, she hung up in my face. I called back again on yesterday and spoke to Maria (I really believe it was the same lady from the night prior) to ask for a manager. She stated there was no manager available and she took my phone number and said she would have the manager call me back, but no one ever called. I called the bank this morning to dispute the charge and they immediately gave me my money back. I know that it can be difficult working with the public sometimes, but I was NOT a rude customer and there was no reason to be that rude and disrespectful. Whenever you go to this location with a coupon they always say we can’t do it or don’t know how to. When speaking to the manager who calls himself Cameron, instead of apologizing and coming to a solution his excuse was they are understaffed, they have system issues, and the employees don’t know how to work the register. I’m not sure why you would have someone at the register when they don’t know how to work it. Also, The manager said go to another location we are not going to do it. They have the worst customer service. This is not the first time it has happened I had multiple customers with me who had the same issue. This location really needs to shut down. I also found out this location has Cockroaches and they don’t keep it clean. Health inspection definitely needs to take a look at this place.
