Really disappointed with the service here. We went through the drive thru today around noon. There was no line and we needed a minute to look over the menu. They asked for our order and we politely asked for a minute. After about 30 seconds, she rudely asks "anything I can help you with?" So feeling pressured, we started to order. Any pause in our order she would repeat herself louder when we were just trying to make a decision. Then we pull around to pay and ask them to repeat the total since we couldn't understand her when she said it in her rushed voice. They gave us an attitude when repeating the total and closed the window on us as we were trying to give them exact change. They handed us our food without a smile or a "have a good day." We asked for straws and they told us they were in the kids bags. We got four drinks and pulled away to find only two straws. The food was fine, but the interaction with the staff was just awful. Read moreWe usually enjoyed Wendy's but after being served 2 salads that had spoiled chicken on them, and spoiled bacon on the one, we'll never go back. My husband took the food back to the store. There he was told the chicken wasn't bad on both, even though from the same stock. The manager even agreed with the chicken being bad on the one. We got a Dave's burger ( which were on sale for I believe a dollar) and small fries to replace the one order but they refused to replace the second salad. Therefore we were screwed out of money. The manager had the nerve to ask how my husband could act so upset because when he came in here the first time he was so pleasant. Are you serious? Whatever happened to the customers...

Ok that's fine you made a mistake then I ask you for the right burger and it takes 10 mins for you to remake one sorry finish one customer fix your mistake then move onto the next. Then we get the burger AND ITS WRONG AND also they did not have any ketchup.
