Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lincoln City

Me and my kids came in last night to get some pizzas for dinner. There was a tall extremely rude guy named Josh working behind the counter with multiple younger high school age kids. The place was busy, but there was one kid that was there working his butt off. Very friendly, trying to be helpful to everyone who kept coming in trying to place orders including us. The kid was young and had dark hair but I didn’t get his name, The Josh guy got mad and started yelling at this kid in front of all of the other employees and in front of all of us sitting there waiting. He was saying ridiculous, rude things trying to make this poor kid feel stupid. Berating and belittling him. The kid held his composure very well. I was impressed. Not what I would’ve done if I was in his shoes and someone spoke To me that way in front of a restaurant full Of people! The elderly lady sitting next to me saw it as well and said “they should just shut this place down and start over.” She was appalled by it and felt bad for that poor kid as well! It was horrible to watch him tear into that poor kid who was just trying to do his job! Someone like that has no business being in charge of anything! We won’t be coming back to Domino’s because of Josh. And we have been regular customers for...

We were visiting from Portland and Lincoln City and we went and picked up the pizza the man made one of our pizzas and had it ready and the second pizza we watched him serve people at the cash register and then go and apologize and start making the pizza without washing his hands we had to request that he washed his hands and then make our pizza that's disgusting I certainly hope that the first pizza had some hand washing involved after touching dirty money anyways the pizzas tasted great they were exactly what we asked for when we finally got them and I still don't understand why it was so expensive it was supposed to be 1099 a pizza and it cost me $40 what's wrong with that picture they couldn't explain it to me and they chose not to very expensive for two pizzas two mediums! And we had Canadian bacon and pineapple on one pizza in the second pizza I built my own and they were good just still thinking about those dirty hands and touching the money?! And then the cost? Thank goodness we are on vacation so I just went ahead and spent it but seems a little bit ridiculous especially when they can't even explain to us why it was so much because we ordered it online instead of calling it in...

Somehow they never know what's going on. I got an order, then when it got brought home I realize they gave me the wrong pizza. I call, ask about it and getting it replaced and specifically ask if I need to bring the pizza back. They have my order and everything. I am told NO because they will throw it out anyways. My roommate goes to get the new pizza and is told they would never say to not bring in the old pizza. Eventually, they give the correct pizza I PAID FOR. And they made it a thin crust! Other times have included being not given a soda I bought, then being told they can't give me a refund for it so I have to have store credit. Then having to use that store credit next time and the order having to be exactly the same, to the penny. And then being told, after I need another refund because they gave me the wrong size soda, that they wouldn't ever need to do any of that and can just give refunds! JUST TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES AND PAY THEM ENOUGH THAT THEY CARE ABOUT THE JOB. IT IS...
