7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Lincoln

I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration with the consistently poor customer service at the 0 St. location of 7 Brew. Over multiple visits, I’ve noticed a pattern of unprofessional and rude behavior from the employees. The staff often seems uninterested in providing good service, choosing to sit in their little cube rather than engage with customers in a friendly or welcoming way. Interactions feel cold and forced, as if the last thing they want to do is actually communicate with those of us who are paying customers. What’s even more concerning is the attitude surrounding tipping. While tipping is optional, I’ve repeatedly experienced rude behavior when I choose not to tip. Employees have rolled their eyes, sighed loudly, and even made snide comments, which I’ve overheard while still in line. On one occasion, I distinctly heard them talking negatively about me because I didn’t leave a tip. This kind of behavior is entirely unprofessional and makes customers like me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The lack of friendliness and professionalism has gotten so bad that I now go out of my way to visit the 56th and Highway 2 location instead. The staff there is the complete opposite kind, engaging, and genuinely happy to provide good service. It’s a shame because 7 Brew has great drinks, but the customer service at the 0 St. location consistently ruins the experience. This ongoing issue reflects poorly on the 7 Brew brand as a whole, and I hope that management takes action to address these problems. A business that relies on customer loyalty cannot afford to have staff who act stuck up and dismissive. Until changes are made, I cannot recommend the 0 St....

Yesterday was my second time here at this location. I went here for the first time months ago and the service and coffee was amazing! Yesterday's customer service was incredibly different than the first. There were a few girls pushing out trash bins that were over filled with trash and large crates. One girl attempted to squeeze her bin directly near the side of my car when there was barely enough room. I KNEW she was either going to scrape the side of my car or the crates will tumble over. Low and behold, she pulled the bin down the curb and the crates hit the side of my car. I could see her inspecting the side of my car but NEVER once making eye contact with me to apologize. I gave her a few more minutes and still she didn't acknowledge what happened. I rolled down my window and said nicely, "Hey, is there anything wrong with my car?" And all I got was a nasty tone saying "Nothing's wrong with your car". I was so shocked because she made eye contact with the other two girls also with trash and they also gave me nasty looks like I DID SOMETHING WRONG. Sorry 7BREW, your coffee is amazing and I was hoping to be a regular, but the attitudes from your girls were disgusting. Even though the nice boy that handed me a straw and the girl who delivered my drink had incredible customer service, I don't ever plan to come back to...

So I drove to 7 brew coffee today and ordered a large brunette, online it showed a picture with a chiller that had whip creme and let's face it cold coffee has whip creme first off someone said they are cheaper then Scooters and Starbucks except there not I paid $7.66 for a large at 7 brew coffee at scooters I pay $6.51 and get my whip creme and Carmel drizzle and so when they handed me my drink I'm like isn't it supposed to have whip creme ? She said u need to ask for it thats ridiculous being a coffee shop nobody told me that when I was ordering and she could have offered a replacement with whip creme so very displeased with the customer service and to top it off one lady was coming over with the tablet to take my order then she went to the car in front of me to check something and then walked away and forgot about me the point of my review is nobody told me I needed to ask for whip creme and drizzle and customer service was no good the coffee itself is ok its not bad but not great the one I got kinda has like a chocolate milk vibe mixed with coffee and was thicker like a little less than a milk shake consistency but for $7.66 I expect whip creme without having to ask and if I needed to ask, the employee should have did there job and make me aware of that...
