Where to begin....who knew we had our very own 5 Star cafe here in Bethany! I had a delicious breakfast of quality as well as abundance. My partner had a combination of vegetarian sides, all of which were devoured with enthusiasm. Caleb, (owner and chef) is absolutely wonderful. He came to our table and spoke at length with us. His son, Samuel, also cooks and has the same friendly disposition as Caleb. Finally, Zack, our server gave us warm, friendly and professional service. Honestly, we could not have asked for a better dining experience and look forward to returning to this wonderful cafe. Great all the way around! I must mention that espresso drinks are available and wifi is supplied. This would also be a lovely place to grab a cup of java and enjoy your current book. Finally, other than being closed Sun & Mon, the cafe is open until 9 PM. Who could ask for more! Huge kudos! Gotta say one more thing. There is fresh, homemade bread. Be sure to take a loaf home. Fabulous with...
Read moreCame in at 12pm for lunch with 2 friends. Our order was 2 sandwiches with side salads and I large salad. After waiting 20 minutes my friend was told there was no lettuce left for her large salad. He said our side salads would be made for us. It's 12:20 pm! There were more empty tables than full. He came across as if this was our problem not the restaurant. Have eaten here before, however it will be a long time if I ever do go back! So...

They were fairly busy when we visited with only one server working the dining room, who also let us know the food would be a while as they only had one cook and they were backed up on orders. Food came out a little faster than expected and was OK. Eggs were well cooked but hash browns suffered from too much grease--undercooked with grease left underneath them. Chicken salad sandwich was low on the meat-to-bread ratio, but did have good a hearty bread. Won't be my favorite cafe in town but don't be afraid to try it, you may have...
