Casey's — Restaurant in Lincoln

Ordered a taco pizza, and was delivered a sausage pizza, that had two ants on it. Then when I called and told them, they asked me if I was sure it wasn't a taco pizza! There's a clear difference in those pizzas from the moment you open the box. Not to mention, why weren't they worried about the ants that arrived with my pizza? Wth?

THEN, get this, they tell me I can EITHER get my actual pizza I ordered OR come in and see the manager the next day, after speaking with her on the phone to figure out how to fix it. I took my pizza and leaving a review to save others two hours of waiting time for a pizza.

The fact the she told them to give me an ultimatum for their mistake let's me know she has no idea what's she's doing as manager and I wouldn't want to speak to here anyways. Word of mouth...

My husband raved about Casey's, so I am going to chalk it up to this location. I ordered sausage croissants with cheese NO egg. What did I get? A paltery half a slice of cheese glued to egg on the sausage croissants. All egg I had to throw away after scraping the tiny bit of cheese off it. I ordered 6 hashbrowns. I ended up with half cooked, dry crumbly potato chunks I also had to throw away. I also got a breakfast bowl that was oddly cold on the bottom. Dug into it to find refrigerator cold potatoes in the bottom. We are planning to nuke it at our next stop. I HATE wasting food. Especially considering how much money we spent on it. I ordered a pizza for pickup and arrived at the estimated time for pickup, and they had told me they hadn’t even started my order yet And that it was the next to go up. When I got there the employees making the pizza were gossiping in the back and swearing, and didn’t seem to be very worried about their work. They told me it would be another 15 minutes and i came back inside and they had been making a pizza to put slices out in the rotator before mine, when there were already slices out.
