My trip to this location was great. When we first walked in, my wife and I were greated by the salesman immediately. After the greeting, I explained why we were there and what we were looking for. The salesman showed us a few of his recommendations and then allowed us to browse the store on our own. After trying a few different sets of couches, my son started to grow inpatient and was beginning to throw tantrums. The manager came out and brought my son some crayons and paper to color and immediately calmed him down. It was a very nice response to my sons actions. It was much appreciated and made us feel welcome and at home. We then continued the selection process and come to a decision. The salesman was very polite and professional. We discussed the contract terms and conditions as well as the options for payment. I never felt like they didnt have my best interests at heart. While the salesman secured the details in the office, the manager and I were able to talk about the business and other things as well such as life and faith. It didnt feel like just a business transaction. It also felt like we were seeing old friends. It was very welcoming. After the salesman finished up the paperwork and secured my references and whatnot, we made the downpayment and scheduled a delivery time. The delivery day came and the drivers were right on time. They were actually a little early, which worked out great. They were very professional and got the job done quickly. They were friendly and curtious of my house cleanliness, making sure to leave all the plastic and cardboard out in the truck. They set up the couch and explained to me the way and/or the different ways I could set up the sectional. The entire process from start to finish was wonderful. I highly recommend this store and the staff did a fantastic job making my wife and I feel welcome....

Management & employees are super rude & horrible customer services. Washer kept going out & it was brand new according to them, they told me to call whirlpool to have them services it but they told me the warranty work had to be called in by RAC so I call them back & they wanted me to still pay for the set which I would now need that money to go to a laundromat to get my clothes washed since their products don't work & they said it would take 4 months to fix it. They did offer a loaner but I would still have to pay the full price for a lesser quality washer. Then when I told then a date of when I could pay since my check was late the continued to call & text multiple times every day. Then decided they didn't want to do business anymore because I told the lady to shut up because she wouldn't listen to what I was telling her. Then threatened to call the sheriff because I said she can't come in my house if I'm not there BECAUSE IM AT WORK!!! LIKE HELLO PEOPLE HAVE JOBS & CANT JUST LEAVE WORK BECAUSE YOUR RUDE & WANT TO TAKE THINGS AWAY FROM PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU GET YOUR FEELINGS HURT WHEN SOMEONE TELLS YOU YOUR BEING RUDE & NOT LISTENING TO WHAT YOUR HORRIBLE...

Will never come to this place again. They had to replace my washer because it was making a loud squeaking noise and then my dryer wouldn't shut all the way so it wouldn't run they wanted me to pay them before they fixed it. I was guaranteed when I signed papers everything works. Sadly I have put over 1,000 into them but wasn't going to put anymore. Just not worth the price with how many issues I've had with the...
