WS Printers is a great company to work with! Our company ordered a M602 Printer which had started to make a loud squealing noise within our 90 day warranty time. The customer service was amazing and they had us a new one so quick. Unfortunately, the new one started to make the same noise but this time we were out of the warranty time. I called up WS Printers and let them know what was happening and they informed me that we no longer have warranty. To my surprise they reached out to try and help diagnose the problem and see what could be done so that we were not without a printer. Once I sent them a video of what was happening they reached back out to me to let me know they had decided to replace it for us. I never had to wait long for a reply to an email or a response to a phone call. I can’t express enough how wonderful the customer service has been from day one. I am sure that any other company would have washed their hands as soon as we were out of the warranty period. Thank you very much WS Printers, I look forward to doing business...

First off, I just wanted to say this is the best Printer company I have ever bought from. They have the most simplest website, and easy to order, and it comes straight to my house, no delays no nothing, theses guys are straight professionals at what they do. The printer comes in a well packaged box protecting the printer very firmly, I was surprised of how good the printer was, best condition, very clean, taped up, like I said earlier true professionals, I talked to most of their team at White Spider Electronics, and they are the nicest people to ever work with, if you have any problems or troubles they get you taken care off in no time. I highly recommend asking for a Illylia he’s the best Owner I have ever talked to. So far for me I have never had any trouble or problems , so I highly recommend if you want to by a printer go straight to theses guys, trust me they know what...

This is one of those truly AMAZING businesses that know what they're doing but actually CARE about customer satisfaction. Their prices are reasonable and their support is EXCELLENT. I was assisted by Phillip (who I assumed to be the owner) and he was patient, knowledgeable and understanding. We couldn't solve the problem over the phone but he figured out how to make things right. To the actual owners of this business, THANK YOU for setting up a business that fills a need AND recognizes the importance of satisfied customers. If every company came close to you, in terms of expertise and courtesy, there would be a lot more happy customers (and human beings!).
