The birria quesadilla here is delicious and it's enough for two, maybe even three, when you go inside that is... I've left the drive thru here... Probably 6 times and never successfully placed an order in the drive thru at the 48th street location. One time my Spanish was not good enough and I got discouraged (that's on me), and the last time they had a young kid in there who had no idea what I was talking about when I said birria. New location though, with fun gambling machines. They pay out your winnings in store, too. De Leon's as a whole though, is owned by a good family who does a lot for the Latin community and aims to give more jobs back to the Hispanic kids and families in the community. As if I am in the wrong to bring back the order they got wrong it's just super weird and I don't like the feel of that. And another thing is any other place that gets the order wrong will give you a coupon, soda, apologize you know something. they were just mad I brought the...

Instead of receiving said order, I got chips and a slew of other entrees. The issue is, I didn't order any of them and when I tried to make it clear with the cashier (after they charged my card without informing me of the price) they refused to listen.
Now, I have tacos, enchiladas, and everything else that I didn't order and taste like they've been sitting out for too long. It's all greasy and unappetizing. The cherry on the cake is they forgot my queso. It would have been understandable as a mistake, but they refused to acknowledge it, and saddled me with sub-par unordered food. I could not and would...
