I was quite underwhelmed at my visit to this location last time. Was forced to go through the drive through as there was absolutely no place to park, a definite draw back to this location, as the only other option (without parking in the lot of another business) was to park across the street and cross a very busy Ost. Then because we were taking them to go I asked for lids on the blizzards and a carrier, at the order location. When we got up to the window and paid I was shocked when the order was handed to me, because spoons had been placed in the cups with a regular drink lid placed over them, instead of the customary dome lid. This proved to be disastrous. The lids were squished down with ice cream coming out the top and sides of the drink lid. I ended up with ice cream drippings all over my passenger and the seat of my car, not to mention everywhere they touched. Also, we didn't get any napkins at all. I had to pull over to rummage for some napkins in the glove box to keep the mess from getting any worse. I did attempt to call the store when I got home to complain, but it was either busy or there was no answer at all for the several minutes I tried. It made the overall experience not a pleasant one and I don't know that I'll return to this location as a result. Read moreDairy Queen, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I recently received at one of your locations. I placed an order through the Dairy Queen app, which was charged to my account without issue. However, upon arriving at the store, I was informed that they did not receive my order. Even though the employees were able to clearly see my order on the app on my phone.
After waiting for nearly 20 minutes, I was still left without my meal. To make matters worse, the store manager was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of offering any assistance in resolving the issue, they told me I was “out of luck” and suggested I contact my bank to reverse the transaction. No other solutions were provided, leaving me incredibly frustrated and without the food I had already paid for.
This experience was completely unacceptable. I expect a higher level of customer service from a well-established brand like Dairy Queen. I trust you will address this issue and ensure that customers aren’t left in such situations in the future. I would also appreciate your guidance on how to resolve the charge for a meal I never received.

Read moreThis is by FAR the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard and received a chocolate chip blizzard. I can see how that would get mixed up but when I went to see about getting it replaced, the cashier told me “Next time you need to say COOKIE DOUGH OKIE DOKIE?” And proceeded to snap at me. Appalled by this, I went to sit back down. When my fixed blizzard came back out, I grabbed my blizzard. I was irritated by then and a few minutes later, the same cashier who proceeded to yell at me, asked if I had a problem and said “I’m going to grab the manager since you think you need to snatch your blizzard out of hand.” The manager seemed to listen but I’m not quite sure if he would do anything. I have worked in customer service and I understand things happen, but this was ridiculous behavior by 2 petty, immature girls. Thanks for ruining a perfectly good day with my friend and her children.
