Starbucks — Restaurant in Lincoln

Parking lot and drive thru areas are a joke. If busy you can not try to park in the North end because you can't see if there is space. If no space you have to drive through the drive-thru because there is no way to turn around and go back out to park. Drive thru says they can not serve plain decaf coffee to you in the drive thru??? um is this a coffee shop or not? I ended up with tea instead. So once parked I went in to meet a friend. She ordered and we waited and waited and waited. After others were served that came after she got up to check on her order. 6 employees were working behind the counter. (note: all appeared to be very very young) None of them looked over at where she was standing. Finally she spoke up and they had not made her order at all yet. Saturday brunch time is not the time to have employees who don't know how to work a counter and owners better take a look at their parking lot situation. There are already tire tracks from the lot up over the curb into CVS as I assume others were discouraged about not getting out and made their own path.Ridiculous experience. Do not recommend this location until...

Seems like since Brian the manager left yrs ago, the place has been struggling. Constantly closed or opened half the day. It's one of the busiest Starbucks, so it's confusing what the constant issue is. I know their having issues with keeping help. The staff is usually pleasant. I do understand that Starbucks is a very hectic job. 😕 It used to be that you pulled up or walked in, and you were greeted with pleasant people who seemed genuinely happy and engaging. Lately, it's been the opposite. Maybe that's management's or overwhelmed employees. They need to figure that out because I can swing by Scooters on N 27th down the street and they can be so busy but I'm greeted with a smile and I would leave smiling. And they've had the same employees for many yrs . So their management's and or Manger instore is doing something right. Keeping their crew working in a positive environment. Just saying. I love my white mocha from SB but lately I'll just go down the rd. You never know when their opened anymore and n the atmosphere...

Starbucks on 70th and O Is very convenient. It is on my way to work and I really enjoy the caramel ribbon crunch but unfortunately I am disappointed every time I go. they never get my order right I always order a caramel ribbon crunch with no whip evidently they don’t serve it that way because every time I get it, it has whipped cream on it and the ticket on the cup even says no whip but they must only make it with whipped cream because they can never serve it without whipped cream. Then I order extra crunch, and the only crunch in the drink is on the whip cream, which I did not want. I don’t have this issue with other Starbucks, but unfortunately, this is the closest one to my work, but because they don’t let me orders it the way I like it and insist on putting whip cream on my drinks every time I order them I’m gonna have to start going back to the scooters close to work where they let me order the drink the way I like it and get it right...
