Wings and Rings — Restaurant in Lincoln

On Saturday, at approximately 1815 hrs. My girlfriend and I entered the establishment, approaching the front counter waiting patiently to ask for a high top table! The manager then had a waitress try and escort us to the opposite side of Keno! Being plenty of open high top seats in the front! It seemed like there was an issue and slight attitude with the management! Very unprofessional! I then proceeded to ask if buffalo wings and rings allow veterans discount. First thing that came out of the managers mouth was what branch? Like it matters, point being he said in front of two waitresses, my girlfriend and I clears as day only if you're a Marine! Then went on to say that if I was Air Force I would not receive a Veterans discount! I find that to be the most disgusting he could have said being memorial weekend! I then proceeded to show him my Marine Corps Veteran identification card, we then were escorted to one of the middle high tables facing the south side front of the bar. We waited approximately 5-10 minutes and didn't receive a waitress for water at least! I'm a diabetic so I proceeded to the bar for two waters and a Dr. Pepper! I then proceeded to carry them myself to our table. Your establishment is amazing, In fact I was there during lunch time around 1330 hrs. Played Keno and enjoyed my appetizer. So in the same day went back for dinner with my girlfriend because I won a little bit on Keno. We both enjoyed our dinner, but please review your cameras and speak with your staff! So there won't be a mishap in the future! As for the management, I'll be praying for...

Place was about a 1/4 full but got seated in the farthest back corner by the bathrooms. I was assuming we got sat there because a bunch of the tables still had dishes from past people and the floor didnt look like it had been swept in a week. I had counted 5 servers and a host but no one came to take our order for about 5 minutes. At one point 4 of them were hanging out in the women's restroom. Food came out quick though. We ordered cajun dry rub and garlic parmesan. Got mild with maybe some parmesan on it. Told them we got the wrong wings and they said no that's garlic parmesan....(pic included). I've had the garlic parmesan from here before, they never looked anything like these. They got a drink wrong but quickly replaced it. At one point one of the servers sat at a booth for about 5 minutes and swept under 1 table. Not all the tables or even all the tables in the section, just a 2 person table. The whole time we were there, the dirty taes never got cleaned. Just sat there dirty. As people left their tables never got cleaned either. I use to like coming to this place but until the get their act together or someone to manage and hold people accountable, I...

Don't bother...you will be disappointed.

The food is not good. We tried a burger and some wings. The burger was okay, but not great. A few of the wings were very old, possibly spoiled prior to frying. The fry oil was obviously very old, as te fries and the wings had a distinct bitter taste.

We did get a salad, but it was rotten...so that was kind of a bummer.

I tried the ghost pepper ranch, honestly it was not hot and not very tasty.

The server was no where to be found after serving and a one time drive by with the typical how is everything question. To which I indicated the salad was rotten. The response was the kitchen used the wrong bag. So, apparently there is a bag of fresh and a bag of rotten salad mix in the back. Maybe they could label which one is which? Or possibly throw the rotten one out. Need a refill? Well, you have to find a server first.

The table was sticky and still had the trash from the last person on the table.

Since there were only 4 tables with guests, I guess they were under staffed.
