Rude cashier, dirty lobby, dirty restroom, broken items everywhere, and no accountability. Cashier had a major attitude problem, totally rude. When I walked up to the register she walked off, never said hi or "just a minute". Then she would come up to the regsiter and walk off FIVE MORE TIMES. I told her she was being rude that she could at least say "hi just a minute" and she put her hand up in a "talk to the hand gesture" first and then said "You're not my only customer". I never said anything about the time she was taking, but she was being rude. She wanted to be right about a situation that she darn well knew she was wrong in. The customer service was terrible. I waited at that register so long that my deal in the app actually expired! She couldn't apologize for being rude, just doubled down on being rude. Her only reason for not telling me "one minute" or "just a few minutes, sorry" was because she "has other customers" yet WHILE I was ordering a guy came up and got free ranch from her IN THE MIDDLE OF ME ORDERING! So she can obviously multitask, she just chose to be rude to me and not the other guy! And of course, she had NO name tage-like most of the employees here who don't care about their work, McDonald's, or the customers. Oh, by the way this cashier had time to stop and chitchat with her fellow employees--time she could have taken my order. Sadly, this is a recurring experience at this location--rude, slow employees who don't care about front lobby at all, where managers will put five people on drive thru and take a dozen drive thru orders of cars that came in after the person in the lobby. And the ice cream machine hasn't worked in ages. The lobby is contantly filty and they never deep clean, if you look behind the lids and straws you will see a buid up of grime and filth. The restroom stinks so bad from not being regulary maintained and cleaned that when you walk in the north side it smells like sewage. And good luck getting any of the employees up front to wash or sanitize their hands before...
Read moreI live close to this Mcdonald's, it's the main one i go to. Last week my brother got charged to his account while he was at work, he thought someone had took his information so he got a new card. Today 3/7 i got charged for $15 while i was at work on my apple wallet. I'm not sure how that is possible because anytime i use my apple wallet i got a notification stating how much i paid and when it was. I let my brother know they charged me today to and i was not there & he said they also tried to charge him this morning but because he changed his card it didn't go through. Not sure what kind of SCAM they have running through their machines but i will no longer be coming here. When i tried to call the store the manager said it was my bank but its not, its on my apple wallet & me & my brother have two different banks. when i tried to get a number for someone higher than he to voice my concerns she said she didn't have any number & that i just need to dispute it from my bank. The point is, somehow people are getting charged when they aren't even buying things. super suspicious and weird that she wasn't even trying to help & just wanted me to dispute it...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. On numerous occasions I have had to wait an absurd amount of time in drive through just to order. By that I mean 5 minutes plus. I once waited about 6 min, was told "just wait a sec" when I said "hello". Then the vehicle in the next lane over pulled up, several minutes after I had arrived, and immediately recieved service. I was livid. Tonight I again waited several minutes, didnt get acknowledged that I was even there even after i said "hello" several times. I went into the store and again waited several minutes before I was acknowledged. Asked to speak to manager after employee asked what order was min. I responded with non I haven't even ordered yet. At which she replied with "theres only 3 of us and look at this" waving her hand at the order menu. Manager finally approached behind the prep area and asked what I wanted in a rude manner.
