I was at this establishment today at around 12:45pm. Now as a 10 year veteran of the food industry I can understand being busy and drop off in customer service, but for a customer to get parked and then watch as the next four cars get there food right away and then I sit there for 15 minutes until I get out of my car and go inside to retrieve my food and I'm met at the counter by a young man to whom I said how long I had been waiting, with "my" order in hand offered no apologies only immediately said "I'll get you a coupon from the office".(which was a welcome offering) However I started checking my order and realized that it wasn't even what I ordered. So he then replied" I will fix this and remake your order" so I got someone else's order given to me with a gift card for another order then he brings out my order which was in fact a remake of the order I told him was not mine. I would think that as a manager if you've already messed up for a customer twice You would ensure that they got what they ordered on the third try. All in all I'm not overly disappointed as I got three orders of food for the price of one and a card for another meal.... on a side note the food that I did get was cold but I am still giving two stars just on the volume of food that I got for the price not sure if I'll be back to redeem...
Read moreI have a fructose allergy, so when I can smell or sense sugar in the food - it's a no-go for me. 🤷🏼♀️ I could have at least enjoyed plain chicken and fries, but without seasoning they were bland.
🐔 The batter on the chicken fingers had no seasoning or flavor to it, so you are almost required to use the Canes sauce, which is highly sugary! They were fresh and piping hot, so that's why the 4 stars on food.
🥗 Coleslaw is an immediate no, as most dressings have sugars in them. David did the taste test and didn't want to eat it himself (he's gotten used to my sugar-free diet so certain things now bother him too).
🍋 The lemonade didn't taste too sugary, so that was alright.
🍟 Oh, the crinkle-cut fries were freshly cooked and tasty but had no seasoning (again - what's up with that?).
The lobby and bathrooms needed cleaning, but it was a lunch rush.
Service was ok, and a lot of teens working (kiddos to them). They just maybe needed some supervision to help with strategy and...
Read moreI’ve always wanted to try Cane’s, and since I was on a trip going this direction, I decided to try it. Cane’s is now my favorite chicken restaurant, and it has overtaken Shake Shack and Culver’s for my favorite chicken. The atmosphere here is amazing, it’s clean and there’s so many posters and signs that add to the atmosphere. Now for the food, I got the 3 tender meal and it was so good. The chicken is very tender and the seasoning and breading is amazing compared to other restaurants. All the food was very hot, which I like. The fries were the same as culver’s, except with more salt. Salt is what makes Culver’s fries not as good, they need to add more and Cane’s made them perfect. The Texas toast was so amazing as well, the perfect combo of butter and salt and just everything. The canes sauce is also good and you can taste all the flavors mixing. I will likely be here again if i come this way for...
