Wow! I’ve been coming here for years with my son who is 8 now for sneaker shopping and I was highly disappointed with the service till the point my son suggested we go! He’s 8 remember? So I get to the counter to check out and realize I was given the wrong size shoes (he was still trying them on) upon reaching the register the gentleman who looks like the manger there was loudly finishing up a personal phone call on his mobile phone before noticing me waiting. The staff here is more focused on their personal conversations than the customers in the store. I mean I was blankly ignored Everytime I asked for a shoe size. Stop collecting a check and go work somewhere where you can learn and be productive. Coporate/Upper management needs to hire sales people. This area overall has decline in customer service. Terrible terrible terrible i got to the location at 8:45 pm and they were trying to turn me stating that they’re closed, online says that they close at 9pm. Just getting off work I was excited that I arrived before hand. The workers were so rude and so unprofessional it’s really upsetting honestly. As a consumer I was just happy to have made it before closing because my schedule at work and traffic prevents me from getting there sooner. If it says 9 for closing and I arrive at 8:45 there should be no reason I’m being turned away. If that’s the case state u close at 8:45 then.
