HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE , I called the store to see if they had the iphone se 128gb , the lady on the phone stated yes , i called again to confirm because i was coming from east orange to linden which is about 30 mins and she yes again , i came in 5-10 mins before they were closing , quick sale been out of a phone since sunday so i needed a quick replacement but still wanted the same equivalent size, so i get inside my vehicle and check the receipt and saw it was 64gb , which was too late the store was close , so i called up there the next day and explained my story to guy on the phone , he states i have to pay a restock fee , i told him absolutely not , demanded a manager , he claims he was one and said it'll have to be escalated , went to the store later on that day and was told by juan the manager which by the way was condescending and sarcastic, he refuse to waive the restock fee because he needed his employee side of the story which she wasnt there of course and recommended me to come back and told him that i don't have gas to be coming back and forth over an employee incompetence , i got on the phone with customer service they provided me credit which is the only reason i had left , i explain to him he needs to coach his employees cause that's was clearly a lie and asked him to reach out to his employee via call or text so we can quickly resolved the issue , he states that his employee needs to be on the clock and to be getting paid to be questioned ,i asked him what if the agent says she didn't tell me that then what? , he said he'll then escalate it ,i told him he needs to be logical about the scenario why would i drive all the way to linden when i have a ton of t-mobile stores within my vicinity , you have to make it make sense , so i came in the next day and he approach me and say conversation not needed we're going to go ahead and waived the restock fee , which i figured that was going to be the end result anyway, it seems like his boss was in this store that's why he didn't go back and forth , so i kindly returned my phone with no drama , but i do feel bad for the employee that sold me the phone cause she wasn't the one that gave me false info and now she's out of sale cause of her coworker incompetence , ill never come back and it seems like this issue...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn 09/30/2023 I had spoken to customer service regarding activating a sim. They kindly said theyād mail the sims to me but I needed one sim to be activated ASAP due to an emergency. The customer service representative was able to allow me to pick one sim up from a local store and the other one would have to be mailed. I was totally fine with that as I only urgently needed 1. The customer service representative said sheāll put in the notes saying that I should not be charged for the sim that I will be picking up from a local location on 10/01/2023 and that everything will be written in my account in specific detail so that I do not have any issues in store as āin store associates tend to overlook the notes and charge extra.ā Boy, was she right! I go into the store and explain to the lady that I am here to pickup a sim and that I have spoken to customer service already, they said it is active and ready to pick up. She proceeds to tell me āthatās not how it worksā and that I would have to pay in store for activation. So I kindly asked her to look at the notes on my account and she kept refusing to pull up my account and gave me so much attitude to shame me and belittle me. Then, another associate came to help me when she heard the other associate getting loud and rude, and she kept telling me Iād have to pay for the activation and I kindly told her as well, āplease pull up my account and look at the notes, Iāve taken care of all this with customer service.ā She also was so hesitant to pull up my account as she mustāve known that I was right and sheād lose the opportunity to earn $35. Iām really surprised by the lack of customer service the in store associates provide at this location in Linden. Iāve been here many times and I have never once been greeted with a smile or spoken to politely. After today, I figured I should write a review as Iām not the type to go argue with someone whoās level of comprehension is clearly...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the worst store that I have ever been to during the whole course of my life. My wife and I visited this store a few days ago because wanted upgrade our Iphones. I waited in line for my turn for a while, then when it was my turn, the agent who was taking care of me was impolite, and was trying to do things in a rush and by doing so he was not answering all my questions and concerns in a professional manner. Then he saw a lady come in the store and once he heard that she wanted to buy a cell phone plan, he immediately cut off the conversation with me by saying: āyour plan does not qualify for any upgrade.ā He closed the window on his computer and walked away from me to take care of the lady who had just entered the store. I asked if I could speak to the manager, but nobody responded to my request. Then I called Team Mobile over the phone and explained the whole situation and the agent over the phone asked me to put the store agent on the phone, but here is where things turn worse: the agent from the stoee was rude and disrespectful even to the agent who was on the phone. Then a lady who had been listening to whole situation the approached me and said: āHi. My name is ⦠I am the manager. I will take care of you.ā What the hell is going on in ths store?ā Why didnāt she say that she was the manager when she heard me asking for the manager? No doubt that these people do not know anything about customers service. She ended up telling me the same thing that she heard her co- worker telling me. Of course she had to back up him. That is just what unethical people do. Today, October 8, 2022, I called Team Mobile and got out Iphones upgraded. While I was talking with the agent over the phone I told her about our experience at that store and she advised us to write this review about the bad service at that store.
