Arby's — Restaurant in Lindon

So let's start with you and your family can't decide what to do for dinner and you have all the choices and you decide that you're going to go with Arby's in linden well you probably might want to think that especially it's the nighttime manager she is really rude. So starting at the drive-thru I was explaining to her what I wanted and she repeated back the order and I told her that she had the fries wrong that I didn't want crinkle fries and I wanted the curly fries for all four fries and she said you said crinkle first okay well I asked what kind of price you had not that I want to crinkle but I wasn't there an argue with her so I told her well if you already dropped them then that's fine If you are dropped in the fryer that's fine. Well I go on to do my resume order seem like everything's going to be okay then she gets to the shakes wrong on the shakes so that I tell her willing the right one so I get to the window she tells me the totals and everything and like I will be needing a couple coupons that you're using like that's totally fine they're right here. See I need you to park go park forward and it will bring out your food to you I'm like okay so as I get ready to go move forward I'm like oh wait she didn't ask me if I wanted any sauces or anything so I said at the drive-thru and I just look at her cuz she was on her phone well she looks up and then opens the window really rudely I'm like yes I need sauces. And smirk on her face okay and then shuts the window and I pull forward and I'm waiting for my food and this sweet young man Skyler comes and brings me my food very nice ask me pictures anything else you can do for me while I'm sitting there looking through the food I noticed it's crinkle fries in there All four of them He's like would you like me to go in and change your mama like you know what that's fine we'll go ahead and eat them well then I get to the nuggets and they are seriously so small like literally not even a 2-year-old probably be able to eat. So he says you don't let me just see what I can do for you so he made it right he got me the sauces I felt like my experience is a little bit better thanks to Skyler but I don't think this woman should be working in the restaurant industry! I don't care how come your day is I deal with people all day long and I'm as nice as I can be and I'm apologetic I understand! Listen lady you work in the fast food industry I used to do it as a teenager up until I was a manager of a restaurant and you do not disrespect people! And get that look off your face. Warning this is a long review please bare with me. The only reason this location is getting three ✨ is because the roast beef sandwiches have been on point every single time I've ate at this particular location I always get a large vanilla shake and for me always has plenty of whip cream 🍨 on top never do they skimp on it usually Arby's isn't so much of a fast food joint cause you are getting freshly cooked quality meats but this Lindon Arby's is the quickest out of all the ones I've been at so you might ask why only 3 stars because of only one dude and I'm almost positive he is the head honcho and I don't know if it was because me and the wife got there three minutes before closing time or maybe because we ordered three 4 for 10 bucks roast beef sandwiches plus the é large vanilla shakes either way this guy who I am pretty sure is the manager was about as rude as a person could be never been treated worse by someone from a fast food joint and this guy is thee guy at this Arby's pretty sure the general manager of this location and corporate would expect this store leader to represent this location in a better fashion and as much as it kills me to give this store manager any props I do have to admit he runs this Arby's very well and all of his employees have been top notch workers and people but this manager is straight up a pompous you know what so on Monday I will be getting in touch with the GM of that location or corporate sorry for the long review please let me know if any of you have a similar story or if it's just me I would love to...

Came through the drive thru late and ordered 2 french dips, chicken sandwich and a roast beef sandwich on the 2 for $6, and a small curly fry.

I was not asked about wanting any sauces, so when I realized that I didn't have any sauces I went back through and got them. When I got home there was no au jus for the French dips. I quickly drove back over and informed them I was missing the ai jus. In the past, if that happened I got an apology and a voucher for my trouble. Not tonight. No apology and no offered voucher. I asked if there was anything they could do for my trouble and was told no because it was a "sauce" and that if they had missed a sandwich maybe they could've done something. I explained that this wasn't just sauce, but the dip in "French dip". The worker rudely said, "No, we can't do anything" and shut the window on me. No smile, no apology, no attempt to make things right. It was not convenient for me to come back to get something they forgot. On top of all this, when I got home the au jus was not warm and not well mixed as there were floaties in it.
