This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! If I could give negative stars I would!
On June 19th I placed a phone order. I was told 45 minutes for delivery. An hour after placing my order, I called back and they were closed!! Not only did I not get my food but they also charged my card!
I left a message to have someone call me.. I had to end up calling them at 430 the next day. The manager asked if she had already talked to me.. What?! This means that I was not the only customer that night to not receive their food!? At that point I asked for a refund in which I was told I would see on my account in 2 business days and that I would like to speak w/ the owner. She stated that the owner was not available and would leave a message for him to return my call..
On 6/30, I realized that not only did I not get a call back from the owner but I still haven't received my refund.. I called and talked to the Manager again requesting to speak with the owner.. Of course he was not available and would leave a message for him to call me back.
Today, July 2nd, I call back and talked to the manager to just get my refund. He offered to bring the cash to me directly and asked me for my address.. What!? That is weird as what vendor offers to deliver cash to a customer?.. When I finally was able to contact the owner, he was extremely rude and short with me as he was busy with a large order... Really!!! When he called back, he was still extremely rude! Didn't even give me the time of day to explain what happened. But yet, he ended up hanging up on me and I still have not received my money back..
I urge you to go to a different location!!! THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION, TODD, HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT HIMSELF!!!

Read moreHad to chang my good review to a bad one after a 3rd bad experience at this marcos. 6 years ago this place was amazing i loved the west Jordan location but they are terrible now. Today the delivery driver came with the wrong order after about an hour and a half wait the driver tried probably 5 different times to just leave it. I insisted he come back with the right order and take this order. So after he left I called the store to explain it had already been a while and wanted to make sure my pizza was fresh i was told it would be remade to insure it was fresh. Finally received my order it was not it was flat as card bored and cheese was so rubbery. So I called to ask if I could talk to the manager and explained the problem to her witch in return I got well the pizza is still fresh because it was under a light evan tho it was 2 hours old. If marcos thinks a pizza that's been sitting that long is still fresh and sellable deffently will never go to marcos again. Not evan gonna get into how bad the wings and cheesy bread was. Its honestly so sad marcos used to be so much better they used to used way more toppings on they're pepperoni magnifico and used to put way more crust toppings but now evan if you ask for triple crust toppings you get not evan half what you used to. Read moreNormally I get really good pizza here at a pretty good price but recently this place has gone pretty far downhill. The past two times I've ordered here I've had really bad experiences. I ordered a white cheezy pizza and a cheezy bread both times. The first time I ordered online for in store pickup and I ended up waiting for 30 minutes beyond the time they told me. Customers came in and ordered and were receiving their larger orders before me. Now I understand complications can occur and some things take longer. However, when I finally did receive my order, both items were burnt beyond edibility and my pizza had cheese and toppings scattered on it so haphazardly I actually thought for a split-second that I was being pranked. The bread, the pizza, and my built up points went in the trash. The second time I ordered for a delivery. Everything came on time except my specialty pizza came without any toppings. Not even cheese or sauce. I used to absolutely love ordering from Marcos but I can't trust that they're going to actually get me what I order. Now that they don't have Honey support on the website, I'm getting poor quality pizza for a high price. Won't be ordering from...
