Listen, if you are ever going through the drive through & ordering a few things. Just avoid doing that because you’d upset the associate working their shift. As I had experienced, I had gone through the drive through to buy a few ice coffees for my family & the customer service representative kept insisting on moving forward & not asking if I needed anything else. Which I proceeded to tell her I was not finished ordering. At this point, she was upset because when I came up to the window she did not tell me my total. She just ripped the credit card off of my hands & walked away. I was dumbfounded & thought I might have shoved the card in accident. As I’m waiting for my order she hands me the drinks & I try to place them on the feet of the passengers side. I realized she’s was ready to hand my credit card back. And so I reach for my card & she just throws it, made a fuss, and walked away. All I did was be anything but nice to her. I told her to have a nice day. I’ve worked at Dukin before & I know how easily stressing it can be when one is busy. But there was only one customer inside & I was the only one in the drive thru. She had no reason to be upset. I even called the store to ask for a store manager & they said there was no store manager. Which I understand because they leave at a certain time. So I proceeded to ask, what time the manager would be in. And they said they didn’t know....
Read moreWorst experience ever at any food service place! I placed a mobile order and arrived 10 minutes later with nothing ready. I wait a little and they hand me what was supposed to be a chai tea and nothing else. I waited another 5 minutes with no acknowledgement to hand me part of my order. I was missing 2 donuts and a DIY kit. I asked the woman working how to know when a mobile order is ready and I she yelled at me that I need to be patient and there are only 1.5 employees mind you I can see 3 working and I was asking a simple question since it was my first mobile order. I still was missing the DIY kit and she said she did not know what it was even though it is on the app and on the screen above her, by the way she was still yelling. She said she could give me 4 plan donuts and I can go home and make my own frosting. I said no it is a $9 kit I am not paying that for 4 plan donuts. I asked if I could get 2 spider donuts and have rest refunded and she said she could not do that. Eventually she gave me 2 spider donuts and calls the manager and gets the money refunded. I get home to find out I am missing 2 donuts from my order and my chai tea...
Read moreI was there a couple hours ago to get a cup of coffee and get back to work. I stayed in front of the register and the five employees would never say a simple hi or asked me if I was ready to order. There were very busy cleaning the shop instead of getting my order.
I finally get an employee to get my order and then she took my money turned around and continue cleaning and talking to her co-workers. Again ...I was waiting for my coffee and no one would give it to me until I asked politely where my coffee was.
They started yelling at and telling me that I need to wait because they were cleaning and my coffee would be serve as soon as they finish cleaning . It is clear that they don't understand how business remain open thanks to customers like me who spent money here on daily basis...
I would never came back to this place and instead of buying my coffee at this Dunking Donuts . I don't mind to drive a couple miles north on Lincoln Ave to a STARTBUCKS for my coffee and being respectfully treated like a loyal customer by nice and educated people.
