HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Be ready to get yelled at. I just went through the drive through. To start, they yell at you because they can’t hear you through the speaker. I thought maybe it’s just an old speaker, no big deal. I asked for a large toasted almond iced coffee. I wasn’t asked about cream or sugar or given a price, was only told to pull up. I pull up to the window and pay. He asked if all I wanted was the toasted almond coffee. I thought he was checking if I had anything else (another drink, etc.) on my order. He comes back with a black iced coffee. I asked to get cream in it and he immediately starts YELLING at me! “I asked if you wanted only the toasted almond coffee and you didn’t say you wanted cream!!” Then storms back in and is clearly talking trash in his language. I didn’t know putting cream in coffee was so hard. He comes back and says next time order it right. I say “it was just a miscommunication you don’t need to yell at me. You didn’t ask me if I wanted it.” He says “It’s your fault not mine! Now go I have customers!” I’m appalled and officially done...
Read moreI’ve been going to this Dunkin’ for about a year because I live nearby, and honestly, every single day I stop by for a coffee out of convenience, I regret it. I always order the same thing — a medium iced latte — but no one ever seems to understand or speak English.
At first, the price was reasonable. Then after a few visits, it jumped to $6. Today, I paid $11 for a basic, awful coffee. The cashier kept repeating something like “mimimi cinnamon?” about four times — I had no idea what she was saying. I just said yes because I didn’t understand, and somehow the price went up again.
But where was the cinnamon? There was none. So I basically paid $11 for a plain medium coffee.
The problem isn’t even the price — it’s that no one speaks English or Spanish, the price changes every single day, and the staff always seem to be in a bad mood. And the funniest part? There’s a huge sign out front that says “Smiles Face Apply Here.”
Super frustrating...
Read moreThey are always rude! But hey I figured I’m just getting a cup of coffee. Well now they took it to another level. I went through the drive through The cashier swiped my card and said it was declined. I asked “are you sure”? With an attitude and eye roll she replied “yes”. Gave her another card and everything was fine. I pulled in a spot and checked my credit card and the 1st transaction went through. Went inside explained the situation only to be told that she didn’t do it. I showed the cashier “Alan” the proof and his reply was “I didn’t prove anything”. I asked for a manager and he said there wasn’t a manager there. I asked when the manager would be there he said he didn’t know. After going back and forth with him I got nowhere. So now I have paid for my transaction twice. Honestly I will never give them business again. I have reported them and disputed the charges....
