At 4:30 AM, I arrived to pick up an order. I waited at the intercom, but NO greeting, nothing, I asked, "HELLOO???" FEMALE VOICE SAID, "YES..SSSS?" I said, "Door Dash, please." "PULL FORWARD," she answered. "Thank you," I said. NO, RESPONSE. With nobody in the drive-thru, I was able to pull forward to the window and did. I SAW A YOUNG WOMAN LEANING NEAR THE FRONT COUNTER WITH HER BACK TO ME AND THE WINDOW, LOOKING DOWN AT SOMETHING IN HER HAND. I waited but she never greeted me. After a few minutes, then two drinks and a bag of HOT food were shoved to me out the barely open window, and then she let it slam shut. A YOUNG WOMAN WEARING A GRAY SWEAT SHIRT WITH DARK HAIR IN A PONY TAIL, WALKED AWAY, WITHOUT EVER LOOKING, OR SPEAKING A WORD TO ME. She never asked me the name on the order, so Isumed I was given the correct food for my Door Dash customers order. Now, as far as the food goes, It has to be told that the cook provided us with piping HOT FOOD, and it was ready in lickity split! AWESOME! FANTASTIC!! KUDOS, to you for the phenomenal service and effort, Mr. Cook, from my customer and I. The visit, the whole experience, would have been so much better if....You would just get rid of THE RUDE, UNMOTIVATED, UNINTERESTED, UNRESPONSIVE, SELF-ABSORBED, UNPROFESSIONAL, YOUNG WOMAN. Read moreI want to start this review off first the saying that the customer service was fantastic, a few weeks ago I ordered two combos one chicken sandwich combo and a bacon cheeseburger combo when I got to work I did not get my bacon cheeseburger I got what look like a Burger King rodeo Burger. So I called and they said no problem that they would fix it I told them I could not leave work they said don't worry about it they will put my name and some kind of log, I went back to order something different and decided to ask the cashier to see if my name was on the log and it was not no big deal. today I get a text on my phone that says I can get to ultimate cheeseburgers for $5 I went down to the store to get my two cheeseburgers and they said I could not redeem it because I have to order it on the mobile app, as I was looking at the coupon it specifically says you cannot use on mobile app or four deliveries I brought that to the cashier's attention she said there's nothing she can do , for me to take a picture of the coupon and she would ask her boss and I still did not get my two cheeseburgers for $5, it's getting to the point where I don't even want to go back to this Jack in the box it's more trouble than...

More than once I am telling you, more than once my order has been messed up, at this location and asked to bring back my sandwich more than one occasion (after I already took it home) which I thought the restaurant couldn't take back in, since I had already taken it home, bc of covid...but then the employee actually wanted to charge me again, for the sandwich THEY MADE INCORRECTLY and after they took back the other sandwich!!! Are you serious? You take back the sandwich that I had to bring back from home, that you made incorrectly and you wanted to charge me for a new sandwich seriously UNEXCEPTABLE!! For the inconvenience Jack in the box should have credited me an entire meal or something!! But NOTHING was even offered! The manager was rude about it, made me feel like I inconvenienced her by telling her she needed to remake a sandwich, that they did not make right, the first time.
