Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Litchfield Park

By far the worst service I have ever had at a Little Caesar’s.

Let’s start with the obvious, ticket time. Order placed at 7:06pm for a cheese (standard item) and sausage pizza (non-standard), crazy bread, and wings (both standard). Food received at 7:32pm after watching others come in after us with pizza and wing orders. Apparently wings ran out and had to make them and then didn’t make enough and forgot our order.

The cashier. An important part of cashiering is to be able to count money. I know we are in the digital age and all, but counting is still inportant and I think being taught in schools. He couldn’t count and the person before him and my wife and the other clerk had to help him multiple times. Another important part about taking orders is the need to be able to remember orders. Aside from our’s being screwed up. I saw another customer come back in with cheese pizzas when they ordered pepperoni. This money counting issue and inability to take orders added another 5 minutes prior to our ticket time.

We spent over 30 minutes to come back home with half over cooked (sat too long) half under cooked (rushed it out) food, but hey, they said they were sorry.

Do yourself a favor and choose a different location if you want...

Absolutely HORRID ! Placed order online at 4:49 and was promised it would be ready by 5:10, a reasonable amount of time. At 5:15 I drove over to the store to see what was the status on my order, I was met by a full lobby of mostly walk-in customers who I had found out were waiting over 35 - 45 minutes ! I talked to a few folks that called in orders as well and their wait was exorbitant as well.

I heard the cashier tell walk in customers it would be 45 minutes + to get their pizzas. BTW my order was placed in the pickup portal and my name never appeared on the board and I did not receive an email to tell me my order was ready with my pickup code until 5:44pm, 55 minutes after placing my order online !!!

Also we inquired with the "manager" Tyler about using coupons for free crazy bread and was told I could ONLY get that offer if we ordered at the counter, the coupon clearly states "With purchase of any pizza" and says nothing referring to in store counter purchases.

Also Tyler was rude to the point I could see my fiance's facial reaction on the phone.

I hope that when I notify higher management of this incident, they make hasty and immense changes at...

If I could give this Litttle Cesar’s location (Camelbak and Litchfield Rd) a 0 Star -I would. I have been to this location 2 times now and both times I was disappointed. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Young kids talking very loudly in the back, when a customer comes in they continue their conversation instead of coming up to the front and greeting the customer. This happened on both occasions. I have had to wait over 20 mins for Crazy bread- which wouldn’t be a big deal if it was cooking and that is why I was waiting. But the fact that these kids running the place - with what appears to be without adult or manger supervision- are just goofing off and talking about their social life instead of helping the customer right away is crazy. I cannot speak enough on the lack of customer service let alone how dirty the place is as well. I have also witnessed employees on their phones and touching other items and not washing their hands. It’s disgusting. I will no longer visit this location. This location needs authority from a manager ASAP. And if the manager is included with all of he above- Corporate needs to...
