I used to enjoy shopping here, until JEANI OR JENNI, not sure of spelling, anywho. I went to EXCHANGE some hardware I purchased less than an 1hr ago, which LONNIE helped with. Attempting to exchange ONLY 2 of the 8 pcs, returning the 6, and PURCHASING 6 new pcs, she began to argue about how it was priced, I told her Lonnie had combined the prices, if she needed to confirm she can look herself for price of each item. I had 8 pcs total, combined price of $1.99, ($0.69 & $1.39). The 6 new pcs I neded were combined price of $1.39, ($0.69 & $0.70). I attempted to explain what Lonnie and I did, she immediately said I WILL HAVE A TALK WITH LONNIE. She then seemed bothered and angry, I told her FORGET THE EXCHANGE AND JUST CHARGE ME $1.99 FOR THE 6 I NEED AND FORGET THE EXCHANGE AND ALSO FORGET THE RETURN. She sure did not hesitate and charged me and gave me the total. I asked was my phone number applied? And also military discount? I gave her my phone number and showed her my RETIRED MILITARY ID CARD, I paid took receipt and she sarcastically said THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. What the heck is her problem? Why would she treat me as such? To find out Lonnie is her husband, she did not need to tell me she WILL TALK TO HIM. This lady needs some remedial customer service training or find a different job. She should not abuse ANY CUSTOMER, ESPECIALLY UNITED STATES MILITARY...

I stopped by Floyd's Saturday morning for a propane exchange, knowing that the handicap parking access would make the experience easier. I was able to pull right in, by the propane cages, and purchase an exchange with minimal effort. The young man at the register was very pleasant and engaging and the gentleman that exchanged my tank went the extra mile and loaded the new tank in my car. I appreciate the wonderful Customer Service... Especially with my mobility issues. Thank You!

This location is laid out well, it is very convenient, has a large inventory, & most important of all the employees are always friendly. Today I just needed a quick in & out. I was approached by a gentleman with a smile asking if I needed help. He found the particular screws I needed in a minute. I would have been there a half hour ...at least! Checkout was a breeze and again with a smile. Great job...

I love these guys! We had to rent a truck last minute & late afternoon & at the end of the month so it was challenging to find one with no reservations.They stay open later then a lot of other truck rental places so we managed to get it before they closed.They were courteous and fast getting my paperwork ready.Took about 5 minutes! We had two storage rooms to unload that night and next day in 110 degrees. BLAZIN HOT!! Was late getting back so I called around 6 pm to apologize about being tardy (we still hadn't finished unloading our last load and the truck was due back).The guy Chris I think told me they hadn't rented it out to anybody that night and since they would close in one and a half hours we could drop it off late at no extra charge!
