One would think due to the location this Fry's would be a lot more outstanding. I get my prescriptions filled at this location and they never have enough staff. The wait is usually 20-30 minutes in line and then when you get up to the front they tell you "we put your prescription back they've been here for 2 weeks". I've been trying to pick up my prescriptions for 2 weeks and each time I come there's no staff even at the window. Literally the wait is over 20 minutes. I transferred my prescriptions back over to 107th Indian Sch at least I can shop and literally find items available on the shelves that I cannot find at this specific Fry's. Oh let's not forget the check out experience it's a hassle every time. They never have enough registers open, forcing customers to go ring up and check out their own groceries which it's not suitable for every customer. Just experienced the brand new Fry's Marketplace. WOW!!! This is a topshelf location and all the employees are engaging and super helpful. Smiles abound at every corner, with offers of help. The Produce section is just amazing with ample choices of fruit and vegetables, with enough selection for the most discerning palates. I love the grilling station in the butcher shop area. What a nice touch. The beer and wine bar is a great spot to sample local brews, taste a few samples and kickback, either before shopping or maybe for a mid-shopping break. Remember to get your frozen foods last, as you may find yoursrlf enjoying the inviting atmosphere longer than you planned. Lol.
