Panda Express — Restaurant in Litchfield Park

Im not sure who is doing the hiring for this store, but they themselves either need training or be fired. They hire some of the ruddest people. Put those people in the back where they dont have to communicate with customers! Every time I go there I always get the stalk of the cabbage, chow mein is usually dry, small portions. One time the girl on the drive through speaker kept interrupting me while I was trying to give my order and i had to ask her to please quit interrupting me, when I got to the window I was asking for a sauce and she slammed the window closed. Looked at my order and it was wrong, she wouldnt come back to the window so I had to go in to which her and the others behind the counter were laughing. I tried again several months later and it was 8pm and dark and they didnt have the outside lights on in the drive through, which made it difficult to navigate their small driveway, couldnt see the menu since it wasnt lit, asked for it to be turned on and the girl just said "what are you looking for?" I told her Id be able to tell her if I could see the menu. She then says "You dont know what you want? I can tell you what we have" I again asked if she could just turn the light on, where she said again if you tell me what you want....i gave up and just ordered my usual. They hire really childish/rude/lazy people at this location. I'll keep going to the 2 other close locations. The owner needs to clean house at this location and TRAIN your...

I used to get my food at this place ..never have any issues..usually we spent like 200 or 300 a week for dinner here ..tonight I had the worst experience...i put my order after i got off from work...they send me my confirmation email that said my food supposed to be ready in 20 minutes..i got there and a young lady told me that somebody else picked up my order i asked her how come if i have my confirmation here in my phone ...she was like im sorry but i dont have you order ..at that point i was kinda a little bit confused..i asked her then what is next ..all the employees started asking each other about the situation at the end i had to wait almost an hour to get my order by the way my order was l like trash ..there were more customer asking me and telling me about how come they lost a big order without asked for a confirmation number...i took my order and i asked the young lady about the customer sevice number and what was the name of the supervisor or manager ..she told me that at that moment other lady with name VITA was in charge..i was surprised that lady VITA was there all the time and she was just looking at me ..she didn't do anything to help with the situation...wow what kind the people rude soooo rude and unprofessional..train your managers and supervisor better ...that lady VITA doesn't have any kind of...

My prior experiences with this establishment wasn't very pleasant and I haven't been back in months. They always get orders wrong, thats why I always go inside now but this particular time was the last straw. I went inside and ordered something they had just ran out of and they said they would make some fresh so I waited to make my order. As I waited 15 minutes and watched other people order and wait for their food I started to get anxious. I started seeing people who came in after me receive their food even after waiting for their orders to be made fresh. I got back and waited in line again and asked why it was taking so long, at this point it's over 30 minutes and there where others who had been waiting atleast 20 minutes. They basically said they were working on it and it would be out soon, one of the ladies waiting in line sensed my frustration and spoke for me. She told them I was there before her and if she waited long to be serviced then I waited longer. Once the kind lady spoke to them they rushed to make my order but it still took another 15 minutes. When I received my food they gave me some extras for the trouble but when I got home their was hair in the food smh. I waited because my girl wanted Panda for dinner but to wait so long and then find hair in the food...
