This McDonaldâs used to be as passable as any other mediocre fast food restaurant, but lately, the quality has gone so low it may as well be in the sewers. There is a rotating door of staff, so the people working are always very inexperienced. They seem to be desperate for employees, because the people working typically have the most awful attitude towards customers.
If you have to use the restroom, donât count on doing so here. The doors are locked unless an employee presses the unlock button, and it takes at least ten minutes of waiting for anyone to come to the counter. If you do a mobile order, be prepared to struggle to receive your food. On several occasions, I have placed a curbside order, the employees have marked it as âdeliveredâ, and not brought it out to me. Iâve had to call the restaurant several times in order to get my food, and when they bring it out, itâs cold, or the ice in my drink is melted. At one point, I placed a mobile order, went through the drive through, and they told me that their system was down, so I couldnât get my food. I went inside, and they told me to order it again with cash. On several occasions, they have been out of an item and the employee will inform me of that fact, and not offer any solution. I have come here on my lunch break, and been late back to work because my food took forty five minutes, despite the fact that there was only one car in front of me and I had placed a mobile order ahead of time.
The service is slow. Many of the employees are rude or entirely incompetent, or a combination of both. I appreciate the employees that do actually try. I hesitate to leave a negative review, but the service is getting ridiculous at this point. I do truly believe that this issue lies solely on the management team, and that itâs their responsibility to solve this, and not take it out on the employees who they have clearly failed to train. Now I know I've heard myself make the joke "....that would be like McDonalds being out of Big Macs..." but I was joking. Like that would never happen. Right?!?! Not unless hell froze over would McDonalds be out of Big Macs. Ok but that's not all. This McDonalds has the worst reviews. And they aren't lying. It's really that bad. It's like they've have zero training. Now I might be ok with this behavior if we were back in the "eat McDonalds it's cheap" days. But it's not folks. Because at this McDonalds on their $1,$2,$3 menu is exactly 3 items. None of which incidentally will cost you less than $3 when you consider tax. Didn't McChickens used to be $1?? Why have they quadrupled in price in the past few years. Get this. A McDonalds hashbrown patty will now coat you $2.69. That's insane. Seriously insane. But wait! There's more!!! We placed a mobile app order and sent our teenage son to pick up the order and guess what? They wouldn't give him the order because it wasn't placed on his phone. Not even when presented with the confirmation code. I legit cannot make this stuff up. All true. So I call the McDonalds and was shocked when. Someone actually answered the phone. Points given for that. But guess what? When I started asking the guy questions he fell silent. No response at all whatsoever to several of my questions just radio silence until I finally gave out and hung up. So now my husband had to drive the 15 minutes in a 2nd vehicle to get the food we already paid for and perhaps an hour later and 2 trips later we might actually get to feed our 2 toddlers dinner after 8pm.    Read moreI ordered $5 dollar value meal and a filet of fish no cheese. This quality of food should be turned in rock hard filet of fish I had to throw it out. I came in at about 9:45 orders online I had to wait, and they told me they were preparing the food. There is no way on earth that they were preparing this fish. That thing had been sitting around for at least a couple hours and to give it to a customer paying for food is absolutely absurd. I had every mind to take a picture of it and send it with this review and then take it over to the health department and let them know what youâre serving herenow understand I have owned many restaurants I would never ever allow someone to set this kind of food out to a customer shame on you and that team tonight and shame on the manager working you didnât have the drink I wanted you substituted it. You told me you were making the meal you were not I frequent your place. I have not been impressed. Thereâs a reason youâre a 2.8 on Google reviews you have a long way to go and the sad thing is itâs a good looking store. The personnel should be proud working there, but there was definitely no pride tonight I gave you three but I couldâve easily given you a one. I will also say this in the morning I ordered an egg McMuffin actually a sausage McMuffin with egg instead of using the oval egg you use the egg that goes on the biscuits. I didnât say anything, but I figured since you were testing me tonight I might as well bring that up take more pride than what youâre doing there and put out a quality product.
