I gave a 1â to Food, Service, and Atmosphere, because I can't answer any of those questions, considering the fact that they were closed at 11:40, when I arrived. Menu sign "Off", two vehicles in the lot, and No Answer. Both online, and the sign on the window states that closing time is 12:00a. Oh yeah, I decided to park at the window and write this review. A young man came to window about 11:46p, telling me that they were closed. I asked what time are they supposed to close. He said 12:00. I politely asked, what are y'all doing...just trying to get out of there early? He answered, yes. I then told him that I drove 18 minutes to this location, Because They Close At 12:00a, while other locations closed at 11:00p. I also mentioned, that my reasoning was for the Impossible Whopper only. If I just wanted a burger, there were many pubs, restaurants, and fast foods that I could've gone to, without the extra drive. He Looked At Me Like This đ, and then said, we close everyday before 12:00. I ask, so no burger? He stated again, that they were closed. I let him know that I would complete the review that I had already started writing. He said okay, closed the window, and left me to my writing, with my hungry (Trying Not To Be Hangry) selfđ.
Now I have to go to Kroger's, to get me a salad, with meatless meat.
The Work Ethics Have REALLY Changed! These babies want to be walking out At Closing Time, INSTEAD OF SERVING THE CUSTOMERS, UP TO CLOSING TIME.
Question: How Does That Work?
That means, Burger King, that you should change your Closing Time. WAIT! If you do that, then you'll have to keep changing it to the time your employees decide they want to leave....Point To Ponderđ¤
Please Fix The Issue!
It is now Sunday, 1/14/24 @ 12:07a. I am pulling off from the window now, but the two vehicles are...
Read moreWhere to begin...??? There is a timer inside the drive-thru window that tells the GM how long each order takes. Whether there are cars in back of you or not (there are never cars behind you), they ask you to move up to make it appear as they are fast. But, the average order without cars behind them is 5-12 minutes because they are not prepared for customers. The kids that work there are more for the free food and drinks while they text their friends. Very scary for this type of person handling your food. Orders are incorrect 80% of the time, literally. Try it out: Place your order. Add some custom request. Then see what happens. Window attendant: Rude. Non-social. Low attentiveness. Inside this BK its empty, dirty and seems like a low class "joint". When McDonald's has 20 cars wrapped around the building at dinner time, this neighboring BK has none, zero, zilch. That is a SERIOUS problem. In a nutshell, this MUST be the lowest performing BK in the country. It's very confusing on why they allow this franchisee to continuing "operating" while ruining the BK brand. Burger King is MUCH better than this location and it would be GREAT for Little Elm if these issues were handled and there would be more traffic to this local business. I through my meal away one night because I did not trust the looks from the kitchen and the laughs that I was getting. When I called BK corporate 4 times, I requested for this owner/GM to call me to discuss the issues above and they never did. This review was my last resort to let everyone know to BEWARE OF THIS BK. There is one on Preston in Frisco, if you are a BK fan, that does not have the same issues that I listed. Google needs to have a...
Read moreThis Burger King is absolutely an insult to the whole brand! I don't know if this is a franchise, but the food quality is absolutely a joke! Oh yea, this is before covid-19 even hit the world, so no excuses!!! The funny thing is I went to literally 4 different Burger Kings over the last 6 months and they were absolutely on par! They tasted Charbroiled, juicy, toastex warm bun and oh yea lots of veggies! This location no matterwhat time you go the burgees come out in like 30 seconds, HEY I know fast is great right....? No WAY, No matter when you go the burgers tasted ALWAYS the same.... The buns are cold, the meat is dry, like a 1/3 of the veggies you get at ALL the other locations, and A DROP of sauce...! Im not joking or Exaggerating by any means! The burgees tasted old and stale, I worked in the food industry for a Longgg time as a leadership role the burgers tasted like they premade them 45 minutes ago and just wrapped them up and put them in the microwave to eat them up! IIts sad when you will drive to the Colony or frisco locations to get REAL Burger King experience and food! I'm serious tjis place SUCKS no matter how many different chances I have gave it or heard the exact same feedback from MANY other guest in Little Elm! I just think Burger King corporate should secret shop there and bust this HUGE EMBARRASSMENT to the Brand! Don't waste a penny here...
