Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Little Elm

This was my very first time and when I pulled up I informed the lady on the other end of this and she told me to take my time. This made my heart smile. When I drove to the window I apologized for taking so long and she reassured me that it was fine. I shared with her that I was in the process of weight loss and had just spent an hour and 39 minutes at the gym. She clapped for me. Not only did I appreciate her being patient with me but her encouraging me and cheering me on literally made my whole day. I’m so mad at myself for not getting her name but she has a genuine smile and really long and beautiful dreads. Please give her a raise and continue to do right by her. She has the IT factor for customer service. Really great green tea match smoothie as well. I will be back...

Awful attitude it’s what happens I guess when family and friends no they can’t be fired. So I asked for coffee with Splenda on the side and creamers on the side. What did they do put it on the inside… the coffee tasted watered down like she was trying to save coffee beans or something!!!!!!! This is why star bucks is king! Then she gets an attitude when I asked for a cup of coffee with nothing in it. I’m like first time at this place last time at this place…. She said we don’t have individual creamers. So I had to tell her can u put it on a cup!!!!! The service suck I want ever be back plus on top of that the Splenda was the cheapest Splenda on the market. Had to stop by 711 to get real Splenda it’s so sad… who u hire and you being cheap will ruin...

This is the second time I’ve ordered a drink half sweet and it was undrinkable because of how sweet it was. I’ve ordered the drink before and it’s been made correctly so there is a problem with consistency.

It’s frustrating as that’s probably $14 or so on undrinkable coffee when you really need caffeine in the morning!

I tried to call the location to let them know and ask for a refund. When you call the number listed on google, it goes directly to a voicemail that is full. I tried going to the Scooter’s website to find the phone number but could only find the location, no phone number. A business not being able to be contacted is...
