Dunkin' — Restaurant in Little Ferry

Staff are inattentive. Even though there are plenty of workers, you'll be waiting in a line by yourself waiting to order at the Baskin Robbins counter. It seems to be a typical Dunkin/Baskin Robbins thing no matter where you go.

They have about 8 tables inside - three 2 seater, one 3 seater, two tables with for seats and a counter height table with 6 seats.

You can actually see the pastries behind the glass front counter instead of it being hidden behind the staff like at most Dunkin Donuts layout.

Order either at the touch screen kiosk or at the counter. Sugar are hidden behind the counter, so you'll have to ask. Napkins were hidden, but they are by the door.

Music was slightly loud so you'll have to talk louder to hold a conversation. It's a bit cold inside since A.C. is blasting - great for those who...

This location is brand new & so nice clean. But cashier is not used to work there. They don’t know how you to use to pos(system) & Uncomfortable customer service. They not listen to the customer explain . Specialy today i order coffee and one donut. I want to use my reward and they take out my point but still change me. I explain to cashier but he doesn’t matter keep ask me pay and Finally he say only pay coffee and I can’t expect it . Two different Manager trying to help me and i got my free coffee. But they make wrong coffee. I don’t wanna anymore discussion. I haven’t been so many different location Dunkin but this location is worst service . I never go back...

The environment is so vibrant and inviting that even though I intended to go to HMart I found myself art Dunkin' Donuts. I think it was particularly because of a fine, tall, handsome gentleman named Nicholas. He was so warm and gentle with my order, a medium caramel cappuccino blast, and he said coming right up! Never more have I felt such love, such warmth it is incomparable to the sun in our solar system. Do not even get me started on my drink! It was incredibly delicious perhaps a drop from God's fountain was included. Overall, it was an experience I would like to never forget. Nicholas.... Ill see...
