Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Little Ferry

THE WORST PLACE TO GET A SANDWICH!!!!!!!! I went to this location a couple months ago and I was not impressed with anything!!! The option of choosing half of one kind of sub and half of another kind was not available here or at any Jersey Mike's Shop!!!! Also, when they were working on the Sub I asked for, they forgot to add Bacon on it and what I ordered is suppose to come with the crispy meat 🥓 but I guess it won't be placed unless I ask for it, which is not right. And then after all of that, the female employee that told me the option of half of two different subs wasn't available has the nerve to say to her fellow employee and right in front of me that I should have spent more money on a whole sub????!!!! I was furious when I heard that coming out of her mouth and yet, I still gave this restaurant a tip, which they didn't deserve because of the service!!!!! My recommendation is......Jersey Mike's is TERRIBLE 😡😡😡😡 The menu was also confusing to understand when it came to sizes and they don't even sell Meatball Subs for those who don't like the selection of subs, hot or cold!!!!!! This location is the worst and I certainly won't be coming back anytime soon or going to any...

Ordering and paying for a nice hot sandwich, should be a simple, easy transaction right?

Unfortunately this was not the case for lunch today. Meat cutter guy was bugging out that our group ordered hot sandwiches. This dude gave me lip, asking if I knew my order was a hot sandwich and if I heard him call out earlier for orders of hot sandwiches. In my perspective, nothing was called out so either he was too soft spoken, or we arrived on the line after his initial call for hot sandwiches. Hot sandwiches make up half the menu here, it’s not unreasonable to assume people will order them. Let’s say a new customer walks in five minutes later, an online order comes three seconds after, or heck, someone changes their mind, are they not allowed to order a hot sandwich?

Not sure why they’re so adverse to people trying to eat here but the customer service was really lacking. Other staff were fine, no issues with them, just the meat slicer dude with...

"This is an elevated Subway's meal," I concluded after my second-everJersey Mike's meal at this location. It's hard to figure out why. Jersey Mike's serves subs and sandwiches, just like competing chains, and it's very possible I could create an approximation of my favorite Jersey Mike's order - the chicken bacon ranch sub - at a similar sub restaurant.

But there's something about seeing the chicken being placed on a grill instead of a toaster. It's always a hoot to see the pile of prepared bacon strips at the counter. Sure, the orders generally take a few minutes more, but it tastes hotter and fresher, which goes a long way. There's a good amount of tall four-tops and tables available for customers dining in.

This Jersey Mike's is located in the corner of Little Ferry plaza, an L-shaped complex. As the anchoring restaurant, there might be crowds around mealtime, so you might have to park around the corner if there aren't any immediate...
