Palermo's Bakery was one of our preferred vendors with our wedding venue. Their process was so incredibly easy - if they're included with your venue contract, you can stop by in person to pick up a free tasting box with no expectation. It was such a fun activity to taste all the cakes - especially because they were DELICIOUS. We worked with Olga on upgrading our cake with a custom design (for which we thought the pricing was reasonable) - she was super communicative and receptive to our feedback. The finished product was a HIT - the design was so elegant and tasteful and the texture/flavor of the cake on the wedding day was just as good as when we first tasted the samples. Can't wait to dig into the layer we saved for our 1-year...
