Arby's — Restaurant in Little Rock

Every place around Geryer Springs said their dining room was closed at like 8:30 in the evening. Called Arby's #0963 their dining room was open. The service my wife and I received at this location was far superior to any other place in the area. To be honest about it we found the hospitality and curiosity we received was still better than most places in West Little Rock. When we enter the restaurant through the front door we were promptly unhappily greeted by Cindy who was wonderful very personable outgoing definitely enjoyed what she was doing and being there and being able to serve other people which is a blessing in itself. By the end of our time of ordering send me my wife and I have felt like we'd become a long live friends K and on cutting up just having a great time chatting. Cindy will go far in the retail industry a restaurant Industry. I own my own business as well an appliance store in town An idea with customers all day long as well not only on the retail side of sales but also the repair side in their homes. I know what it takes to be good at dealing with people because you interact with all types of different personalities throughout the day even so. But back to Cindy she was amazing she was in the process of cleaning up for the evening because they were going to be closing before long and she let us know that she was going to wait and clean the bathrooms after we were through eatening because we sat on that side of the diamond room and she did not want us to have to smell the cleaning Supplies that were used while we ate and enjoyed our dinner. When we were done she thanked us for coming in for the evening wish just a good night and hope to see us again. It's been 3 days and I went in for lunch today she recognized who I was she even recalled my name that they asked for when Ordering. and I ate there again today and she help me. She was fantastic very personable and I would consider her a friend. As for the store manager he as well spoke to us and was friendly. All the employees were near dressed the store was clean as well as the food prep area. This how all restaurants should be fast food and fine and casual dining. I feel alot of restaurants could learn quite a bit from how this restaurant operates. So if you are in the area stop by and enjoy eating there. Where the food is fresh and hot and they people are great.

I am not one to write long detailed reviews. But Arby's Store #0963 did not miss the mark anywhere. In fact they raised the bar and set a new standard. In quality in the food, in cleanliness through out the store as a whole and the big one customer service is over the top.

Okay, I do want to very highly commend the staff from yesterday (3/18/25), specifically Tyeisha and John. Tyeisha helped me and my Dad make our food selection, recommended a few things, took the time to answer our questions, not once got upset or worried, and even found a mistake (I wanted Curly fries and was going to be given Crinkle fries). She made sure we got everything we ordered and she did it in great time. John, as well, was quick in making our food and despite that one tiny mistake he did an excellent job and was also very polite and professional. Major, Major Kudos!!! Normally, I don't have an issue with Arby's. This particular location on Geyer Springs is setting a new precedent. First, we waited for several minutes at the drive thru order menu. Then, we were told to "just hang on a minute", as the cashier rang us up. After 5 minutes, I called back to the speaker if we were good, and then I received the All clear to pull up to the window where I was held hostage for 20 minutes. After finally getting some food and drinks, they tried to send us off without 2 gyros 🥙🥙! Once corrected, we left wondering how this restaurant could be associated with others in the chain.
