I absolutely cannot stand this place I tried them after not coming back to them for over 3 years because they called my daughter names and she is special needs and autistic and they made fun of her for that so I quit going there plus they didn't have my order together and it seem like everybody in the background was playing a lot. My review for today which is April 1st 2025 I went through the drive-thru at about 9:15pm The lady that was there was real short with every answer like she had an attitude and then when I place my order I noticed I was the only car in their line but there was like 30 cars at Popeyes across the street I asked the lady if I could pay for a spray and add it to my meal that I chose which was the bucket 10 piece tenders which they only gave me six tenders and I didn't realize it till I got home when I asked for the Sprite to be added to the order The lady told me I had to drive all the way back around but what was crazy was I was the only person in their line again there was nobody else there and I asked her could she make it a second order so that I can pay for it or add it to my meal she said she could not make it a second order and that I needed to drive all the way back around the building and stop at the speaker to place the order for just the Sprite not only did they mess up my bucket of chicken but it was hard and rubbery and those potato cake things are not that good when they are cold also they turned around and gave me one sauce for what was supposed to be 10 chicken strips and they left off my biscuits and everything else I will never go back to this KFC again and I don't know if I would eat here if it was the last place on Earth The food was nasty and the service was awful I did make a trip through this drive-through earlier today at around 12:30 noon and there was a Much Nicer person at the window and she handled everything very professionally but this young lady in drive thru tonight really did not know what she was doing she may need some extra training on her job on customer care because one thing I don't think she realized was that I'm a critic and this place has yet to...
Read moreI have given this KFC plenty of chances over the years. Before it burned down I attempted to order, and I was told they were “OUT OF CHICKEN & OUT OF BISCUITS”. Since they’ve rebuilt, I have been nothing but disappointed: 2.) Ordered through door-dash or Grub-hub. Go it there to pick it up and (AGAIN) they didn’t have the items to fulfill my order and told me to get my money back from the ordering service. 3.) placed an order at the drive thru. I received my meal, and when I got home… Tada! Items were missing! 4.) I ordered on the app and had my daughter pick it up. It seemed as if though everything was there, but I should have known better. Once we started passing things out, I realized that (AGAIN) chicken pieces were missing (SMH)! 5.) I again attempted to order (after some time had passed) my husband checked the items, and they seemed to be there. However, once we got home we had the correct number of chicken pieces but not the correct pieces. I couldn’t eat because I only eat white meat , which they replaced with drums and thighs 🤬! 6.) LAST STRAW! I visited this KFC and placed a wing order at the drive thru. We get to the window and hand the cashier our card. Someone comes from the back and says “ we not gone be able to do your order “ My husband and I were flabbergasted. Like, seriously! Then someone else walks up and says “can y’all pull up, it’ll take 6 minutes we have to wait on fries” before we can agree, another person interjected and said “ it’s gone be 12 minutes on those wings”. At this point we realize this place is COMPLETE AND UTTER TRASH! The disorder and lack of customer service is appalling! The leadership has to be a JOKE! I try to patronize all businesses (I know this takes more than myself) so that no one business has a monopoly on others. BUT, I can no longer support this KFC! I have given way too many opportunities for them to get it right! Only to be kicked in the face by bad attitudes, partial orders, unfulfilled orders, and NO apology!...
Read moreEveryone here needs to be retrained In total, it took 1 hour 30 minutes to get 8 pieces of chicken + 8 pieces of tenders meal. They also made it so that I could not cancel the order on the app because they lied on the app and said the "food was ready for pick up". I arrive. Nothing is prepared. And then they say, check back in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I check in (I give 10 extra minutes), and they said I canceled my order which is an absolute lie. And then I said, I didn't cancel my order. So they checked and indeed, my order is still pending. They say wait ANOTHER 30 minutes for the order.....
THEN I said, ok just cancel my order. They give me an absolute dumbfounded look and say they can't cancel my order and that I have to cancel it. There's no cancel feature on the app. I ask them, I'm confused, can they explain why my order says it's ready for pick up, but there's no chicken for 1 hour 30 min and you won't cancel my order.....NOTHING. just blank stares.
Now I'm waiting in the restuarant doing work....currently at 1 hour 15 minutes of waiting.
Everyone here needs to be fired.
Edit: I'm still here waiting. Its been over 1 hour now. They won't cancel my order. They still doing nothing and joking around and laughing in the back. wth is going on?!
This very nice old lady with a cane was also here....and she's also been waiting for over 50 minutes and they also changed her status to "ready for pickup" and refuses to give a refund.
Edit again: They're lying to every new customer coming in through the door now. They tell everyone "chicken ready in 15 minutes" after 15 min, then another 15 min, they say the same lie, and then another 15 min they again say the same lie over and over again as customers are all stuck waiting.
Just STOP LYING and taking our money without...
