Don’t worry about getting to order what you want because the girls will tell you that you’re ordering the wrong thing. Don’t expect to have a pleasant attitude when you order either because when you order and ask something as simple as having a drink stirred they will tell you that you have to order something else. If you order a drink that is normally not shaken or stirred and ask for it to be stirred they will immediately give you a piss poor attitude and tell you that it can’t be done. For someone spending 15/20 a day at seven brew you would think something as simple as. Asking for something to be stirred not getting you hit with attitude from several different people. Really starting to think this location is trash as a whole. When you get attitude while ordering and decide not to tip because of the poor attitude they get worse. Tips aren’t required and will not be provided if you don’t even do your job right off the start. Don’t even think to ask for anything to be fixed or addressed because they simply will not do anything but give worse attitude problems and you’d be better off trashing the drink they chose to give you when you order what you want. Read moreFour times I’ve come to the west markham location, and am skipped by the order taker which means I get to the front and everyone behind gets their drinks and has to wait on me which is both embarrassing and frustrating. Four times this has happened. The first couple of times I laughed it off. By the fourth time I’m beginning to think it’s just their business model.
Plus, I think they kinda feel bad about it and sense my embarrassment and anxiety so they ignore my dog while rushing to “make it right” and don’t offer her a pup cup which makes the whole experience worse. I don’t know why I keep going there; should I honk or yell across the car next to me or flail my hand out the window to flag someone down when this happens because I can tell you I’m not doing any of those things when trying to order a coffee. So I creep to the front of the crowded line begging God one of you will realize I haven’t had my order taken - almost like I’m invisible at the coffee shop too…

For the past year, I’ve been a daily customer of Seven Brew, and their service has been good overall. However, occasionally, the quality of their coffee isn’t up to standard. Over the past two days, the coffee has been particularly bad. Yesterday, I didn’t feel good the entire day after drinking it, and today, even after two replacements, it’s still not right. It’s taking a lot of time as well. They need more staff to improve their service, and they also need an app. Nowadays, no food establishment operates without an app, and nearly every business has one.
