If your at a party of 6 or more expect bad service and you have to still pay gratuity! Don’t get me wrong the food was good but this is not Atlanta. We go to a restaurant for good service and good food. If you pay with a card the do charge more than paying with cash.
Our waiter had a nasty attitude. We had to ask for napkins, silverware and refills on our Drinks. Everytime we asked for something she rolled her eyes. The waiter didn’t even tell us her name.
She got made when one person from my party wanted to cancel her food order because it was taking a long time to bring the food. The server then made an announcement to the whole table saying “does anyone else want to cancel their food.” The server said it 3 times.
Then when the food finally came. My aunt didn’t have everything on her order. She asked the server 2 times for the pineapple salsa that comes with the Baja tacos. Never came. When my aunt told her that she didn’t want the food anymore the server got mad. Rolled her eyes and ignored her saying “anyways like I was saying did you want to order something” because her daughter came late and wanted to order. That caused a big scene.
When we got our checks my aunt asked for her gratuity to be removed because of the bad service and attitude. The waiter told her, “umm no your going to pay the gratuity or I will call the cops on you.” Her gratuity was only $3.50. Her daughter ended up paying.
At the register the waiter lied and said that my cousin didn’t give her all the money when she did in fact handed the waiter the exact change so my cousin had to pay an extra $10.00
Another person from the party paid and left before everyone else the waiter came outside saying that they did a dine and dash. My sister gave the waiter $70.00 in cash to cover but come to find out they did pay on the card. I don’t know happened once they went back in because the other person came back with receipts to prove that she paid.

My nephew order a cocktail first and when it came to the table, it was HuGe❗️ He Stated, “He didn’t know it was that BiG❗️ When I ordered for me and my husband I pointed at the picture of the the Margaritas we wanted. When our drinks arrived to the table our drinks were HuGe Too❗️ I asked the server why did he bring us the HuGe ones? He stated,”That’s The ONLY Size We Have!” Later as the other guest arrived, they started ordering drinks and when theirs came out they were smaller cocktails. At that point I realized the server Lied to us❗️🤬🤬🤬 Again, I spoked to the server about the size of our drink and him saying that was the only size they have. He then said, “ My Husband Ordered That Size.” My Husband Absolutely Did Not Ask For A Grande Drink… I Was The One That Ordered Our Drinks❗️ Now He’s Telling Another Lie❗️🤬 I go to the bar to ask to speak to the manager and they directed me to the Music Booth. As I’m speaking to the manager, the server came up and started talking over me to the manager in Spanish. Not Only Is He A Liar, He’s Rude As Well❗️

Read moreFirst and LAST visit was Saturday, April 19, 2025. I WILL NEVER RETURN. The waiter, Manuel G, was horrible, as of today, I am STILL waiting for a glass of ice. Our food was cold when we got it, most of the orders had to be returned either because the food was cold or the order was wrong. My sister's nacho was sent back because you could tell it had been sitting for while, and when they brought it back, they had warmed it up and put fresh queso on top of the cold queso. On top the food being served cold, the ceiling fan didn't make it any better because it did not allow for the food to stay warm. The drinks were watered down. But the waiter, Manuel G. was just horrible and he was my determining factor to not revisit. He was not friendly, he didn't listen to the orders (which is one reason the orders weren't right and I didn't get a simple glass of ice) and when he would make his way to our table, he was rushing us to order. I spent $41.64 for nothing on top of being charged $6.65 for gratuity that was not earned.
What I will say, is that they have potential. The facility is nice, open, and clean. The volume of the music could be adjusted so that you don't have to shout to talk to your guests, Clearer speaking staff is definitely a must. Adjust the climate so that the food can be enjoyed for what it is...
