I wouldn’t even give this restaurant a star! This was the worst experience I’ve EVER had in my entire life at a restaurant! My fiancé & I went for a date night. We were the second group to come into the restaurant. The first group was a group of 4. We both ordered water. 10 minutes later they brought out complimentary bread only after I asked about it. 3 groups of 4 came into the back room & a set of 8 came in about 20 minutes after us. They must be regulars because they had 3 appetizers on the table before they walked in & they also talked about previous visits. We ordered garlic bread & our two entrees. The group of 8 ordered 15 minutes after us. They received garlic bread at their table & all looked at each other & started eating it. After being there an hour the waitress asked where our garlic bread was & realized the table of 8 got out order. Then she came out about 10 minutes later & said ur bread is coming out right before ur entree...do u still want it? I said yes but we aren’t paying for it. She said ok I’ll take it off. Can I get u a dessert for free? I said yea you can. We watched all the couples leave in the back & front except for the 8 in the front of us before our meal ever came out! She said I’m sorry. I said we’ve watched everyone walk out & we were the second group in here & we are the only couple. Everyone else has 4 or more. The group of 8 are walking out now so we are last to be served! I’m very disappointed & we shouldn’t pay a dime for this meal. She just said sorry & brought us a check for $35! I walked out & my fiancé went to pay. The girl said I’m so sorry. He said she’s very upset & will not be back. She said if you bring her back we promise to make u guys a priority next time. Shouldn’t every customer be a priority? I’ve never felt more like a second-class citizen! The food was ok but not worth a 1.5 hour wait when everyone else was given priority because they are regulars or doctors. We should have been served in the order we came in. If my fiancé comes back it won’t be with me. This was the absolute worst service I have ever received. I will NEVER be treated this way again. I will walk out & definitely not pay for service like this! Needless to say a tip was not left. No money should have been exchanged. I would give a negative rating if it was an option for service like this! This was pitiful! Worst date night EVER!!! You couldn’t pay me...

Food quality is very poor, especially factoring in the cost. Presentation is okay but looks can be deceiving. I would call it fast food quality but that would be an insult to Fizzolli's. I don't know why I thought the experience would be better than the Maumelle location, but we had to try.

The place is clean and some of the staff are friendly. Some staff were less than friendly. How this business earned enough money to open a second location, I'll never know. Maybe because they skim on quality and charge way too much.

We got cheese sticks, which I know for a fact are the discount ones at the grocery store because we tried then and they are exactly the same. However, we paid the cost of a regular meal for this small appetizer.

The ceasar salad was okay, the dressing almost made me skip it but I was hungry, the croutons were garbage. I normally love ceasar salad, this was hard to finish. My daughter loves ceasar salad and finished hers but uncharacteristically didn't ask for mine or take it when offered.

The cheap rolls were stale, but and least they were warm. They have the texture of being frozen.

The sauces are lacking in basic flavor. They think adding copious amounts of garlic to alfredo makes up for the lack of any redeeming qualities. The marinara sauce is a sad mix of vinegar sugar and tomato. If it's not vinegar (because, who would think that) then it's something that makes the sauce turn into it.

It's the same at the Maumelle location, which I initially gave more stars because it was decent the first time but went down after. Maybe we've...

I visited this restaurant on a Friday evening around 8:40 PM. I am extremely disappointed that the closing sign says 9 PM and the waitress immediately informed me the kitchen close at 8:45. Top quality restaurants always be welcoming up to the last minute, however I didn't experience any welcoming or caring ambiance that I was there. I ordered my dish that was extremely bland and when I asked for grated cheese, the waitress says they have all been put up. She did however go find some and put in a small little cup,by the way she was pleasant, she can't help the crazy policies installed by the owners. This was my second visit since they opened, the ambiance was good an attentive on my first visit, I guess because they just opened. My advice or 2 cents to this establishment is that you have a great opportunity with your location to have a great business, however you need to pay attention to the little things:

  1. treat the customer special, get rid of closing before your hours stated, you are already closing early for a weekend night. You are putting more focus on your employees, not the customer.
  2. focus on making it a dynamic experience with great seasoned foof that Italian restaurant are known for.
  3. you have spent a lot of money to create a special ambiance for the community and we appreciate it, however strive to be great not just good.

Just constructive real feedback because I want you all to do well. It's the little things!!! Customer focus...

My husband and I came here for a date night, excited to try a new restaurant in Little Rock—but unfortunately, the experience was a huge letdown from beginning to end. The wait was extremely long, and the restaurant was packed and uncomfortable. When we were finally seated, the food took a while and ended up being underwhelming in both taste and presentation. I ordered the Italian Trio and was shocked to find a piece of plastic in my food. Even more frustrating, the manager never came over or acknowledged the situation. No apology, no explanation—just silence. The only thing they did was remove the item from our bill, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Also, just an FYI: the “secondary bar area” is not actually a bar. It’s just a high-top table with no service, which was misleading and added to the frustration. Overall, what was meant to be a special night out turned into a disappointing and stressful experience. We won’t be returning—and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Oh my goodness, the new location on Chenal is absolutely amazing! Night and day difference from their old location. It is HUGE and has a full bar with happy hour!!! The bartender was super attentive and fun and even some of the wait staff stopped by the bar and said hello and asked about what we were thinking of ordering. It felt like a family atmosphere, for sure! It may be my new goto spot for happy hour for a bit. I always went to the first tiny Milanos location because of the food, and now they still have amazing food AND now they have a top-notch, elegant atmosphere—including the nice Italian music they had playing over the speakers. They also have a super nice piano right beside the bar and the bartender said that usually from Thursday’s to Sunday’s, someone will come in from around 5 to 8 and play the piano. I didn’t get to witness that since I wasn’t there on those days, but I will be checking that out soon. So happy for Milanos and their new location!!
