So, it's Wendy's, so you most likely know what to expect. Above average fast food burgers, ok baked potatoes and salads. By far my favorite thing on the menu is their chili - it really is surprisingly good. If you like spicy, ask for their " hot sauce", which is more of a flavoring packet/ hot sauce combo - I enjoy it. Also can order chili with chopped onions, cheese, and/ or sour cream. So, the food isn't my issue with this particular Wendy's, but the service?
Yikes.
As an example, the last time we went through the drive-thru, the kid taking our order had to have us repeat it three times, due to loud music in the background. Imagine my surprise when we pulled up to the window and the music was coming from HIS OWN phone. Not earbuds, mind, but his external speaker, clearly maxed out. This particular instance asie, there is always loud music playing in the kitchen, kids clearly horsing around, dancing, and just clowning around in general. Reminded me of a frat party honestly. This is probably why the wait times here are ridiculous. Average probably 15mins to roll thru the drive thru and another 15 waiting on food. When u look around, it just seems like no one is in a hurry at all. Whoever is managing this place needs to be designated for assignment immediately. The employees slow, indifferent, lackadaisical service is probably costing this place thousands of dollars in sales per week.
Avoid this particular Wendy's at all costs. We now drive 20 minutes out of our way to go to a...
Read moreEeeek!!! Not too friendly when it comes to customer service. Kinda just treated like a nuisance. Not too good with the service either. Seems like they don't pay attention to your order. For example, my wife always orders plain cheeseburger with nothing on it except just cheese. She hates ketchup and everything else. They always just put everything on it anyways. When I address this problem, as I've learned to check my order prior to leaving, I would expect a brand new burger. Instead they literally scrape the ketchup and other stuff off of it and give it back to you. Hell, I can remove the ketchup and stuff myself. I'm not going to bring it back for you to do that. It's a bad practice and can get you sewed real quick. Suppose you have someone with food allergies and you serve them a burger with ketchup. They address the issue and you scrape the ketchup off. You still have a bun that's been heavily soaked with ketchup. If the person eats it, they are now going to be ingesting ketchup. Either way, whether someone has allergies or not. If they don't like ketchup they don't want a dang bun that's soaked in ketchup. It was your mistake so remake the dang order. It's called paying attention to detail so that you don't make mistakes and retain customers. That's why I...
Read moreIt was cool at first until our order came the cashier was trying to hand me a Large Chocolate Frosty she said her manager told her it was a Large Chocolate Frosty and I said No that's not a Large Chocolate Frosty that's a Mediem Chocolate Frosty and the other customers agreed with me, Then I quoted that I buy them often and the cashier and I argued for a minute about what I ordered and the other customer said look on your receipt so I checked my receipt and it is for a Large Chocolate Frosty, so they made me a Large Chocolate Frosty. So we left the store my son decided that the whole order was his and we went back into the store to get him a Large Chocolate Frosty we waited and ordered again for one large chocolate frosty the cashier gave my son the cup and I took the cup opened the lid saying this is half full she said that's a Large Chocolate Frosty but it was half full...
