Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Littleton

I came here last week before that I think my last time was 1 year ago and it was wonderful I was expecting it to be the same but I was wrong. I'm not sure if it was an off night but the atmosphere was miserable I've been to funerals with more life and festivity. The workers just are dead behind the eyes they just stare at you and don't say Welcome to Moe's with their voice or thier faces. The Indian woman was the worst it seemed like she was kidnapped and forced to work there, I felt like an inconvenience. She dragged the scooper for the beans so lifelessly the juice trailed off everywhere. We had to ask 3 times what the meat options were she didn't understand she just kept saying What Meat do you want we had to get another worker she wasn't as miserable as the first woman but still not welcoming all business. She showed my son all the meats and I was shocked everything was burnt and dried out. All the containers were nearly empty and alot had other items in them since they lifelessly drag the spoon and carelessly drop items as they go. I know he was regretting not having his glasses he ordered half burnt/dry chicken and half burnt/dry steak with old crunchy rice. He spent the entire meal saying how discusting it was and wishing we were at chipotle, he said he will never set foot in this gross place again. I decided to get the beef bowl since it's oily so it wouldn't be as dry it had steak chunks floating in it maybe that will make the steak softer all the oil. I don't like how they served the bowls in a giant container it makes you feel ripped off cause there is so much extra room. I thought the beef was fine not dry you don't get very much I would have liked more they seem to undermeasure the lattle spoon maybe because all the containers look like a crowd of 1000 people came in everything was messy and empty looked like a restaurant in the back of a very ghetto sketchy store not a chain restaurant. So the "cilantro" rice on my bowl had No flavor it was generic plain minute rice no taste at all. They raised the price Moe's Monday used to be 6$ now it's 8$ starting price for this cafeteria grade nasty food. I bought an old El Paso bowl kit and made and amazing chicken bowl maybe I should stand outside and sell them so after the customers throw away the nasty garbage in Moe's they can have a nice fresh flavorful chicken and rice bowl made with love not by miserable lifeless zombies. We stopped in after catching an afternoon movie in the same plaza. We went ahead with our orders I ordered a build your own bowl with steak and I had to keep repeating the items I wanted (the lady who was preparing my food wasn’t paying attention (don’t know if she was having a bad day but I just moved on didn’t want to be a bother anymore) was missing a few of the items on my bowl that I wanted. I said extra queso and I was charged but was given the regular amount that they put on a regular order. I wanted extra sour cream and I got one little dollop, the gentleman at the register actually heard me and got me a cup. Never got pico or the peppers n onions wanted both beans only got about half scoop of the black beans. Another member of our party got the chicken club quesadilla ( never put the bacon or sauce in it and the chicken was cold in the center. My father in law got a bowl and his meat and rice were very cold (he went up and the two ladies were rolling their eyes n not very polite) We decided to just leave and heat up our food at home but to be honest it wasn’t that great reheated I believe the manager came over to our table to apologize which was very nice but I thought she would have asked when there was two meals not being eaten. usually I have nothing but good things to say about this place but today I ordered food to my work and it never got delivered so I called and was like hey never got my food and they told me that they would either refund me or they would remake my food and have it sent out i never heard back from them never got a refund so I drove down to the moes after speaking to a lady on the phone who was very rude to me, i get down there and she ran into the back room, and the gentleman there had to assist me, and the only option I was given was being remade so that meant I would lose my money that I spent on the delivery charge ( pretty sure $3.99 ) and the tip that I had paid for the driver (15%) , who now stole my food thought that this place was better than that i order here almost every day and never had an issue but if this is how they handle issues i will not...
