This is the worst PE location I've ever been to (talking double digits). It is unfortunately my local spot now, and I've been there 3 times. Every time was horrible.
First time, borderline out of both rice and chow mein 2 hours before closing. 10 minute wait for those to be made, plus they pulled the proteins immediately and they were room temperature by the time they were "served". A bunch of teenagers working there, wrote it off to being a week night and an abscent GM.
Second time, again out of the rice and noodles, we waited, again, but they also had other customers. In the end, we got home with luke warm dinners, that someone else ordered because they gave us (and someone else) the wrong food.
Few months pass, and now we feel like it couldn't be bad again. We go today, they have a consistent flow of customers (lunch time) and they are out of chow mein again. What a joke. Whatever though, fresh noodles for me. So after I place my order, pretty clearly (I did start to say "Kung Pao..." before correcting myself to "Beijing Beef", and reiterating the order). So we stand and wait, customers start to stack up; to go boxes start to stack up. 5... then 10 minutes pass. A couple a few behind us gets their food, which looked similar or our orders being made. So I note to my wife that we need to make double sure of our food when we get it, due to that and history with this location. A few more minutes pass, and we finally get food. With little surprise, it's not our order by a long shot. So we wait 5 more minutes while they screw around behind the counter. At this point my wife asks what, exactly, we are waiting on at this point. "King Pao chicken"
The girl who took my order (Tatum) told me this, so I restated my order, and she explains that I ordered the two things I actually ordered AND KP Chicken(and thus actually paid for a Bigger Plate). Wrong.
We eventually got our food that is not warm, and they offered to credit me back for the KP Chicken, but I would rather pay double than spend another minute in that location.
Oh yeah, in the 23 minutes we spend raising my blood pressure, it spiked when Jonathn(as best I could read the spelling on his name tag, back at the wok) fumbled a paring knife onto the floor, picked it back up and opened chow mein with it. I hope they are better at sanitizing the floor than they are at running a business.
Shame on the GM, whoever they are, for allowing such buffoonery at one of their locations.
