Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Live Oak

Not bad, though it would be nice to have the flavored crusts actually flavored though when I ask for them & am "assured" that it will be done, every time. It most assuredly hasn't been for the past 4 times & since I wasn't the one picking them up, I didn't get a chance to check before leaving/paying. But still like their crust (Though it used to actually be like described in the commercials, soft & crispy, airy & fluffy with a nice lil crunch to it, even on the lowest quality crust. More chewy & tough now, even while fresh. SO pizza is pretty good. Now the chicken/wings/etc.. could be if they were to revert back to how they used to sell it years ago. I would like to have the wings/chicken sauce, actually cover more than 2% of the chicken. More than a table spoon of sauce for 15 wings I mean. (No matter What or how many you order) The chicken was just the same as one would get from walmart, except for the sauce. Which I what I'll be doing from now on. But the blatant lack of sauce, it's just that at the Very least, half of your order of (any chicken) chicken wings WILL BE freaking dry due to lack of sauce. & you can shake that box up all you want in a feeble attempt to cover your order in sauce. But that's all in Vain when there litterly isn't even half the amount of sauce necessary in which to coat your wigs with, it's just not happening. And the pasta dishes? Well I'm just grateful that my taste buds seems to be fading, as "slightly seasoned rubber" is what comes to mind when eating any. Call in order for dilivery.. pizza, cinnamon sticks and was told my delivery thro Pizza Hut (not door dash) that my card was charged and that my food was going to be delivered in 25-30 min.. I had a remainder and tip in cash. Lady said cool..

over hour goes by I call back. She comes back on after having me on hold with an attitude talking about door dash cancelled because my tip was in cash and I had remainder 2.51.. It wasn't until I here when I called back that I found out door dash was delivering.. but I didn't order thro them plus I had cash as I had told when I ordered originally.. She proceeds tell me she doesn't have a pizza hut delivery just third party, now my $ will be sent back in 2-3days because door dash didn't want a cash tip.. $20-2.51... okay I guess my bit of a tip isn't worth your time.. make that make sense along with thee managers attitude because I WAS indeed told by whomever took my order, it was being delivered and my card was charged and they were okay with the balance and tip in cash.. so.. thanks for leaving me hungry and hanging for last hour. Now who should I give my money to.. cause Wow Pizza Hut.. wow since when does door dash cancel money you've taken already, especially over a cash tip, that pizza hut employee agreed would be ok. And that my order was placed and would be here in 25-30 min, not me calling back 52 min later find out this pettyness...

Just spent $83 on an order online. We came to pick it up right now and the girl at the register named Emily kept acting confused and saying she doesn't know what the items are. She moved slow as if she didn't care about anything. After attempting many times to get our order we asked other employees to help. Many people were behind us waiting. Finally after all the nonsense we had to ask for bags to get everything in our car and still had items missing. This is ridiculous why is it so hard to be able to enjoy a dinner together at home? Why do they have workers there that aren't even working and acting completely out of reality? How hard is it to have an online order ready to pickup? Never in my life did I have to fight so Long just to pick up food I ordered. This is insane!!!!! What's going on there? The last time we ordered there 2 weeks ago they didn't put any of the toppings we ordered extra on our pizza and gave us $40 of wings in smashed containers that were put sideways in bags and leaked everywhere...
