the tall Mexican was very rude and had poor service very unprofessional he should get beat with a stale piece of bread dry dry bread. I dont even want to get started on how bad the food was the bread was rock hard and felt sand in my mouth the nuggets were wet and soggy with no flavor - Gordon Ramsey's overall i dont like the cashier as he was rude and the food was bad Also they got my order wrong. They had really clean sparkly bathrooms with no homeless people in it would recommend stopping by for the restrooms. janitor need a raise. Overall the food was great and would come again and again love the cashier and would everyone to stop by for some lunch BUT the tall Mexican was very nice and had great service very professional he should get beat with 99 cent check. Seen a few people bring back their orders due to being wrong! Manager dude need to learn how to be polite.. just hands out food without responding to thank yous ect... wife and myself... I watched as he passed out to customers that i didn't even know! In today's world we should be polite.. it wasn't even busy at the time we visited.. as a business owner myself I always try to be polite to all my customers! Please, thank you, have a nice day or weekend! My only reason for being in this town is to visit my uncle for the last time! I know fast food may not be the best job as I've had to do fast food when I was younger.. this was my 1st time eating Wendy's in well over a year and probably won't go back for quite awhile.. I ordered a baconator double. There was 2 thin patties and one thicker patty on my burger! Wasn't hot! My wife got the chicken apple pecan salad.. no pecans and no dressing came with or was offered.. she decided to just eat it as it was! Sorry for the bad review $30.00 bucks is what we spent! I haven’t been to this Wendy’s in a long time. Stopped by yesterday and ordered a taco salad. I’ve been getting taco salads from Wendy’s for years. They’ve changed. First, they are much smaller, second they no longer give you sour cream nor do they give you salsa. And the chips are now pieces versus the full tortilla chip. Second, we went through the drive-through. Our food was sitting there and the person working the window just ignored us and continued to take drive-through orders. I understand there’s a process but priority should always go to the hot food sitting there waiting for the customer at the window. We also requested ranch for our Nuggets but we’re giving barbecue sauce. Thankfully, we caught it before we left and when we asked for ranch, they gave us one single packet.
