We ordered food for a party, but it had to be canceled due to wildfires and evacuations. The owner immediately called to apologize profusely, even though it wasn’t their fault, and promptly issued a refund. When we had an issue with a gift card payment, the owner personally contacted the main office to get it resolved as quickly as possible. In my experience, most businesses would simply direct you to call a 1-800 number to handle it yourself—not BB in Livingston. Their customer service is superb! Came here for lunch for the first time, and the food was delicious. It is a very simple and easy to read menu layout. Options from burrito/bowl to taco salad bowls, to chiwawa (cheese balls 😋), other options like tacos and quesadillas.

There are a wide variety of meat selections but also vegetarian options as well. I got the carnitas, and it was very tasty and tender but just a tad overly salty, in my opinion.

So… Actually liked the flavor of these grilled chicken tacos better than Chipotle’s. Same type of build, and similar pricing, with more substance for a heartier meal.
