Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Livingston

I have visited this establishment on several occasions and have found that the service provided does not meet the standards expected of a Dairy Queen franchise. The staff appears unfamiliar with the rewards app, which diminishes the incentive to visit this location despite its proximity. In contrast, the Dairy Queen in Union consistently provides excellent service and utilizes the rewards program effectively. Additionally, there have been instances where Blizzard orders have been incorrectly prepared, and the staff has demonstrated a judgmental attitude...

I have been there a few times and this franchise gives Dairy Queen a bad name. No one there knows how to use the app for rewards, they have no idea how to make the blizzards, and when they answer the phone instead of saying “Dairy Queen” like they should for a business, they just say hello like they were answering in their house. They are not up on all the current treats that are advertised at every other Dairy Queen and they don’t even have the ingredients...

I had such a great experience at this Dairy Queen! The place was super clean, bright, and welcoming. I ordered a Blizzard, and it was absolutely perfect. Also, the staff were friendly and efficient, making the experience quick and enjoyable. I also appreciated the fun décor and history wall inside, which gave the restaurant a unique and nostalgic touch. Highly recommend this location if you’re craving something sweet and want excellent service...
