Prior to that my only experience weight lifting was carrying my 20 month old and 5 month old at the same time. I’ve been taking classes there for 3 weeks now and I already notice a huge difference in my postpartum body all thanks to Giovanna’s training. I have way more energy now during the week to keep up with my babies and my clothes are fitting better.
