Went there for an uptown salad. Told the girl no blue cheese(I’m allergic bad), add provolone instead and to double all the toppings. I normally go to Canton but this one happens to be closer to home. The girl rings me out even charging me for extra cheese which I did not get. I drive home and get a plate to put the salad on to only find out the genius that made my salad didn’t omit the blue cheese as requested. Good thing I don’t eat out of the bowl for I would of been going to the hospital. I call the girl that rang me out is sorry now another 15 minutes hike back. My new salad is done with less toppings than the first that I PAID for. The grapes and apples in both salads were old and very soft and I paid extra for these. She apologized and the girl that made my salad is just standing there looking stupid. She asked if I wanted the old salad hell no im allergic why would I want that in my home. Competency is not in this location. The girl that screwed up should of been the one to apologize but she had an attitude. Never ever again will I visit this potbelly. We were the only ones in line to order, but it took an extended amount of time to get our two sandwiches because they prioritized an online order over ours. When I asked why this was the case, the manager said the other sandwiches were ahead of ours (even though that customer was not in the store). She also seemed put off that I asked about the delay. All I got was excuses and attitude...she as not the least bit interested about my concerns.
The sandwiches were good, which is why I gave two stars. The attitude of the manager was unnecessary and cost them two stars.

Whiles he manages the location you get a completely different relationship from the staff, his lack of responsibility pours down on and from his staff, his poor manager skills is obvious on the work shift. I've been a long time customer at this location since they opened, however I will never go back to this location and yo be honest I'm so disappointed in this location I feel the burden coming down on the entire potbelly chain. How could they let such a poorly skilled manager manage a location and even worse, be a contact person for customers. His communication skills are far from manager level.
